No 4-1A Studio at Vilas do Mar has large sun terrace with great sea view is entered via patio door into one large room with an area of approx. 25m2 and an extra restricted height area of 15m2. It includes a sleeping area with kingsized bed, a Kitchenette with George foreman grill, grill micro wave, a two place electric hob, fridge, 32" Flat screen, wifi, air con. multi channel cable TV, DVD. A large separate shower room, large sun terrace, with great sea views and communal pool.

Location was great and this place was very close to town and right near the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again, it was perfect for what we needed.

Great stay

The accomodation is in a fabulous location just minutes away from amazing views great walks into town ,we had amazing sunsets ,the village is beautiful too beach super cliffs either side very clean lots of lovely places to eat it was hard to chose from ,it was end of season we had a variety of music each night in the square the board walk is not to be missed if you're in Algarve stay here you won't b disappointed

Cozy studio close to all the action!

This place was very comfortable, and offered the convenience of being minutes from the beach, shops and eateries. Communication with the host was easy. We will definitely book this spot again on a future trip to the Algarve. Até logo!

Absolutely lovely but needs a privacy screen between roof terraces

Everything was perfect, location, cleanliness, size. The only draw back for us was the lack of privacy between the studios, the neighbours walking upstairs would see us inside bedroom.

Lovely little studio

What can we say, it is a lovely little studio, ideal for 2 for a short break, and perfectly located for the centre of Carvoeiro. Tony was brilliant throughout booking to arrival, and also during. Would definitely use again. Thanks

Compact studio with lovely terrace

Well equipped studio within small complex with private pool .Compact studio inside with nice size bathroom but has lovely outside sunny terrace with table chairs and sun beds. Nice quiet location in good position. 10 mins stroll to beach bars and restaurants. Board walk a few mins away for cliff top walk to the caves. Excellent communication from Hosts. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend.

A very honest review

Tony, the owner of this property, was available for questions and various explanations. I do think it’s important that people considering this studio have a much clearer view of what is and what is not available. The pros: there is a lovely view of the ocean. It is a perfectly adequate stay for those planning to spend virtually all of their time outside of the studio. It’s fine for storing luggage,

Superbe !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le studio de Tony, l'emplacement, la propreté, l'équipement, tout était très bien, je n'ai que deux petites choses à redire, le rideau de la baie vitrée n'était pas occultant et la place de parking est à partager avec les personnes de l'autre hébergement qui ont la priorité alors que l'annonce dit bien qu'il y a un parking. Mais pas de quoi occulter se très belle appartement parfaitement placé.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'Algarve

Petite résidence dans un quartier très calme tout en étant à proximité des commerces. Le parking réservé est très appréciable et la piscine est conforme à la description. La vue sur la mer du matin au soir, on ne s'en lasse pas, la terrasse est vraiment un plus. Le studio est bien équipé pour 2 personnes. Attention il est en partie en sous pente ce qui peut être gênant pour les très grandes personnes. Appartement très propre, le rapport qualité prix est excellent !! Nous recommandons avec plaisir !!

Great studio in fantastic location

Had a fantastic stay in this lovely studio. It was ifeal for two and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect as so close to the town and the hosts were great in providing helpful recommendations for places to eat. We are already looking forward to a return visit to Carvoeiro and will definitely stay in the studio again.

The studio is very well located and all amenities within a short stroll. Outside space is of a good size and very private and quiet. Property is very clean and well equipped enough for a couple or solo traveller. Plenty of hot water in the spacious shower. Very good WiFi and comfortable bed.

Perfect for two

The place is amazing. You have everything you need in the small studio (cooking place, microwaves, fridge, air conditioner for the day, grid at the door so that you can leave it open for the night), a perfect outlook to the sea, a private balcony and a small pool to cool yourself down. It is very clean and at night it is quiet. The way to the beach is not too long and there is a wonderful way along the cliffs. You get a lot of useful information from the owner and he responses very fast if you have any questions. We will definitely come back.

Lovely apartment, in excellent location

We had a great stay at the apartment. It has good, light space,is well furnished and benefits from three balconies. The rooms are of a good size and are well furnished. It has a shared pool, but we did not get to use it as there is a selection of nice beaches within an easy drive. The real beauty of this apartment is that you are in a really quiet, almost rural location with a sea view and yet in five minutes walk you are in the middle of restaurant hill with its selection of bars and restaurants and in another five minutes in the town square and the beach. If ever we return to the area we would hope to rent this property again! The owner is very polite and helpful, as is his local agent. We loved Canerios beach and restaurant and the Boneca restaurant in Algar Seco is superb!

A week of relaxation

My boyfriend and I spent a week in the Villa Do Mar studio apartment in Carvoiero and didn't want to leave! Studio was perefct for the two of us, large space and decent kitchen cooking for two. Generous bathroom with great showera and a storage room for luggage and valueables. Secure patio doors and safety guard. The sloping ceiling was sometimes a hazard but we hardly spent time indoors with such gorgeous scenery from the patio space. Lovely large outdoor area with dining table and chairs and two sunloungers for the day. Handy awning to shade the area at lunchtime and a nice refreshing sea breeze in the evening made this a perfect, quiet little hideaway. Town is literally 5 minute walk down the hill and there is a bench at the end of the street to enjoy clifftop views from. The pool was a great place to sit and get some sun/shade or a dip after a long day exploring. The beautiful Algor Seco cliff formations and restaurant is 5minutes walk and a great selection of eateries and bars lie a further 5 minutes from there. Hire a car if you'd like to see more of the Algarve.
