Fancy apartment composed by two bedrooms and two baths in Bahía Real de Marbella urbanisation:
This wonderful Luxury flat is located in the exclusive urbanization Bahía de Marbella. It has a large furnished terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. If you are looking for a home to disconnect from the daily routine, this flat is just what you are looking for!

The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool and paddle tennis courts, a small children's area and is located in an ideal setting, just a few metres from the beach.

Close to our flat you will find everything you need..... bars, restaurants, shops and all kinds of leisure facilities to enjoy your holidays.

The flat has two bedrooms: the master bedroom, very spacious, has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, an enigmatic ethnic decoration and a large queen size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and is decorated in light blue tones that convey a sense of absolute calm and tranquillity. The flat also has another full bathroom, a very spacious fully equipped kitchen and a huge classic-style living room.

Bahia de Marbella By GHR Rentals is the flat that will meet all your needs.GHR Rentals will make a pre-authorisation of 150€ as a deposit which will be returned within a maximum of 7 days after your departure.

We had a really lovely stay at the apartment, it's a great size and the location was perfect for us. It's very well equipped and had everything we needed. The single beds in the second bedroom are more suited to children than adults, our son who was 17 found it a little too small but he managed by pushing the beds together. The outside pool area was well looked after and very peaceful. We didn't need to call the agent during our stay, however they met us when we arrived and we left the keys and closed the door behind us, as asked, when we left. The lady who we met was very pleasant. There was little information regarding the local area in the apartment, however, we knew people staying close by with with local knowledge so it didn't matter to us but maybe that's something that would be useful to others. We loved our stay and would definitely visit again in the future.

Lage und Umgebung phantastisch. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Carmen war sehr hilfreich.

Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Erwähnenswert ist die Erstausstattung mit Reinigungs- und Pflegemittel. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der nicht funktionierende und verdreckte Staubsauger .
