Set of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in the heart of the city, with maximum care in decoration and distribution.

The apartments can be booked individually, but if you are a group, 2 or 3 could be booked, opting for reservations, from 2 people to 14 people.

Del Parque Flats Santos Mercado is an apartment decorated with exquisite care and focused on our Market, known as Mercado de Atarazanas and of neo-Arab style with Nasrid elements and emral and caliphal art.

It has 1 bedroom, with a double bed. The living room also has a sofa bed.

Santos Mercado, has air conditioning, heating, a full kitchen with all services and a bathroom with a large shower.

A unique space in the best area of ​​Malaga, the historic center, just 1 minute from Calle Larios, Malaga's main street, 3 minutes from the Cathedral, 2 minutes from the Central Market, surrounded by restaurants and museums, as well as 10 minutes walk from the beach.

You can rest easy, thanks to the soundproofing of the balcony closures, but at the same time, be in the heart of the city, with all the activities around the apartment.

What a fabulous apartment. It was spacious, clean, and in an exceptionally good location. Easy walk to anywhere in the City Center or the Port/Beaches.

City centre bolt hole

Fantastic apartment, bang in the centre of the old town with everything you need in it for a comfortable stay. Great churreria below and fantastic market within minutes walk. So many bars and restaurants to try and pedestrianised centre makes it a pleasure to walk around.

Great place for quick access to historic center

This is a great place with access to historic center and plenty of space. There is a kitchen and separate bedroom and apartment is very comfortable. Only negatives would be wifi speed, which very slow and dropped twice. Other negative is that there is some sound you will hear from the street and units above as it's an older building that was renovated. However it is very quiet at night time and great option to be near shops, restaurants and close attractions.

Very nice apartment located in top spot in Málaga

Very nice apartment lovely decorated in the historical enter of Málaga. Check-in process was flawless and super easy, kitchen equipped with all needed tools to cook during my 2 weeks stay, although you have so much restaurant choices within walking distance. ( also walking distance from city park, marina, beach). Bed was super comfortable (my back is picky with beds), and the large shower had plenty of of water (some reviews complained about that, I had no issue at all). Also, at the end of April i would get some sun in the living room in the afternoon, but orientation made that the apartment stayed cool, witch is nice for me. Overall super satisfied with the apartment and looking forward to come back to Málaga.

Great Location in Old Town

The apartment is well located in a narrow busy street which can be noisy. The apartment is well equipped, great aircon, comfortable bed. The shower needs some work as very shabby and needs resealing , we got a half dead cockroach in it but this is an old building. Big disappointment was that fridge has no freezer compartment so no ice for G&Ts! Communications with staff were fine and all very friendly. Minor grumble was having to go to office to collect keys then take them back on checkout. Other agencies have met us at the property we have hired. They kindly stored our cases for a couple of hours prior to our return flights.

Centrally located apartment in Malaga

This place is cute and; there are a lot of pluses. A central location, easy access to the apartment and a stone’s throw from everything in the city. Lots of cute coffee shops and eateries. A really cool art shop right across the street, and overall a nice apartment with some old world charm and modern funky touches and design. There are also a few downsides. Not great water pressure in the shower and the shower itself is really a bit old and run down. The bed is not very comfortable and small. So if you’re taller your feet may hang off the bed. There are no beach towels and the beach is a good 20 minutes away on foot, even if one walks fast. Also, the AC is only on for six hours at a time. Apparently too many guests keep it running with the windows open. I can totally see the point of stopping that, but it also means when you first get in, it’s very hot and that will continue to happen when it’s really hot outside and you go out…

Die Lage in einer kleinen Seitenstraße der Altstadt ist optimal. Nur am Wochenende wurde es nachts mal etwas lauter. Alles kann fußläufig erreicht werden. Wir konnten früher einchecken und das hat uns fast einen ganzen Urlaubstag gebracht. Danke nochmal. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Küche war sehr neu.

Appartement bien équipé, confortable, très bien situé. Super marché très près. Quelques peu sombre et bruyant en raison de sa location au centre-ville.

Lovely stay

Had a week in Malaga ‘to recharge batteries’ Beautiful old town, lots of culture and good places to eat and drink The beach was half an hour pleasant walk away from the apartment Situated in a quiet part of town, and no noise at night Carrefour opposite foe convenience The apartment was nice, high ceilings and decorated to a good standard Dark interior due to windows that look onto an unused courtyard on one side and on the street side, also dark only because the sun didnt reach there all day Good shower and the most comfortable bed ever! Felt safe as a female on my own Would recommend
