Stavros is rightly proud of his wonderful apartment. Beautifully appointed, fully equipped and located within an easy walk to the old town or the port. Stavros’ advice on places to visit was spot on and we had a magic couple of days visiting the small villages and tavernas he recommended. Can’t recommend this apartment highly enough.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and your kind words. It was truly a pleasure hosting you at UniQApt New Venetian Fortress. I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed both the apartment and the recommendations for exploring Corfu's villages and tavernas. Knowing that these experiences helped make your stay special means a lot to me. I would also like to thank you for being such exceptional guests. You were always friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to communicate with. Most importantly, you treated the apartment with great care and left it impeccably clean and in excellent condition, which I sincerely appreciate. Guests like you make hosting a truly rewarding experience. You will always be welcome back, and I hope to have the opportunity to host you again on a future visit to Corfu. Warmest regards, Stavros

Superb apartment in a perfect location, five minutes from the open market which is every day (apart from Sundays), the old town shopping area and supermarket. Also if you have a hire car quite easy to find a parking space on the road at the top of the steps. Stavros (owner) was really helpful too with recommendations.

Wonderful Stay in Corfu!

I booked this property based solely off the photos, and I’m so glad I did! From The time I booked until we checked out, Stavros made the entire process seamless and always made us feel welcomed. Not only did Stavros go out of his way from the check in process and leaving little extras for us at the apartment, you could also tell he took great pride in this apartment and truly wanted our stay to be positive and memorable. The apartment is a gem and very comfortable and quiet. The building it is in is older, but the moment the door closes you’re in your own oasis. The location is easy walking distance to many shops, stores, and sites. Although we were the first stay in his apartment, I cannot help but fully recommend both Stavros and this VRBO. Would not hesitate to rent again

Lovely flat in a great location.

We checked in quite late in the evening but Stavros was there waiting for us with a bottle of wine, and a fridge which had everything you needed for breakfast (bread, jam, cream, fruits and fruit juice - a very nice touch). The flat is absolutely beautiful, it has everything you need and more. It has been very tastefully renovated, it is bright and airy and very comfortable. The outside of the flat doesn't look like anything but the inside is so cosy and lovely you easily ignore the outside. Stavros was a phone call away, ready to help at any time and ensuring that our stay was as pleasant as possible. He offered to take us to a restaurant as it was late and raining on our first night and even offered to take us back to the airport on our last day! Stavros is an extremely kind and helpful host he couldn't do enough for us! The flat is in a great location, in walking distance from the old town (5 mins), restaurants, shops and green and blue buses (short and long distance Corfu buses, therefore ideal if you want to visit the island or get to the airport which is a mere 10 mins bus ride). I would highly recommend this location and would definitely stay there again.

Dear Richard I feel at a loss for words to thank you for your detailed and awesome review. My personal opinion is that the real reward for any hospitality preparation is the smile and satisfaction on the face of my guest! I would like to thank you also for completely respecting my space by keeping it in perfect condition, clean and tidy. It was truly my pleasure to communicate with you and host you. Thank you so much for your visit and looking forward to hopefully your next one! Yours Stavros

Amazing location- immersed quietly on a tiny pedestrian side street, it is literally just steps away from everything one wants inside Old Corfu. The building is old but that didn’t bother us at all. Sparkling clean, and comfortably furnished including a small kitchen. Many food and restaurant options nearby- a 20 or so minutes walk from the airport and about the same to the ferry. Hospitality goes a long way and the owner did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He really offered me a welcoming experience and answered all my needs or questions. We even left with some nice souvenirs. What more are you looking for- I’m coming back again!
