A stúdió szobája nagyon pici volt két ember számára, de ezt tudomásul véve teljesen élhető egy nyaralás alkalmával. A Párom mondta, hogy szeretne majd nagyobbat, de én végül teljesen beleszerettem ebbe a pici ékszerdobozba is. A fürdő tiszta, tágas, kifogástalan. A terasz nagy kényelmes. Az alsó szint előtere makulátlan fehér, fantasztikus tisztaság érzetét adja. (egyben minden ezt az érzést adja) Jól lehetett parkolni, biztonságban éreztem az autót. Sütés-főzés nem volt, erről nem tudok véleményt mondani, a tv-ből csak az audió zenés csatornát hallgattuk, ez teljesen ok. A francia ágy maga nagyon kemény, amin a rátett kiegészítő matrac jelentősen javít - nekem picit derékfájós volt, a Páromnak tökéletes.A tulajdonos egy nagyon pozitív, korrekt, segítőkész és rendkívül barátságos hölgy, nagyon megszerettük. Egyetlen javaslat. A szoba terasza előtt történik gyalogos forgalom a fentebbi ingatlanokhoz, így érdemes lenne talán a terasz ajtóra olyan függönyt rakni, ami a közvetlen belátást megakadályozza, mert a redőny lehúzás a szellőzés miatt sokszor nem megoldás.
