The flat is located in the Alisios Playa Complex which is a 4-minute walk from the beach of Corralejo in Fuerteventura. It features a double room with a private bathroom with bathtub, satellite TV, a kitchen with fridge and microwave as well as a terrace.



The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area, sun loungers, parasols.

Bed linen can be changed on request for an extra charge.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was basic but very clean & comfortable. The pool area & grounds were very nice we would recommend this complex The location is fabulous

TERRIBLE APARTMENT ON RUN DOWN COMPLEX

The problems with this apartment started as soon as we arrived, as there was nobody to check us in. They try to do it all on WhatsApp! As they keys to the apartment were inside the complex, there was no way to gain entry. We had to wait in the street for 25 minutes until a resident let us into the complex. The complex is nothing like the listing and it is not as described. There is no bar, no restaurant and no activities at all. Speaking to some of the residents, all these amenities were removed months / years ago. It is a total mess with poolside bins overflowing, broken and dirty sunbeds and dead plants in the gardens littered with cigarette ends. We felt totally conned as this was one of the reasons we booked this complex. When we got to the apartment, it was easy enough to find the hidden keys. The apartment was filthy, damp, mouldy and absolutely stank of damp. It was disgusting. None of the internal doors would stay shut and the sliding wardrobe door was hanging off, ready to fall. The tap on the sink was completely loose and ready to come off. The bed-settee needs to be burned as it is so filthy! There are broken floor tiles all over the flat, some with razor-sharp edges and could seriously cut someone. The fridge was a relic with most of the internal shelves missing and rust all over the door. We contacted the company (Home for Guest) to ask for another room but they refused and instead, sent a maintenance man round the following day to repair t
