Completing the interior is a kitchen, a dining room with an electric fire and a first-floor sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and use of shared grounds. Springwells promises to be a wonderful base all year around.

Just 12 miles away from Blairgowrie, the town offers plenty of things to see and do, as well as a range of amenities to enjoy. Surrounding the town is endearing forests, named the Dunkeld and Birnam, known as Perthshire Big Tree Country and are celebrated in Shakespeare’s “Scottish Play”. Other local attractions include the Black Linn waterfalls, the Loch Of The Lowes nature Reserve and the Victorian village of Birnam.
