Our unit is not part of a 2 bedroom or lock-off! Read listings carefully. The Maui Banyan is located in a hotel zone, close to Wailea! You will love our beautifully renovated and decorated 1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Unit is located in the H building, on the quiet side of the building, close to the beach but away from the noise of Kihei Road.There is a king size bed in the bedroom. Brand new sofa (not a sofa bed) in living area. Floor plan is open with French pocket door separating the living area and bedroom. We have a 55 inch curved TV in the living room and a smaller flat screen in the bedroom. All appliances are updated with a quiet, efficient Mitsubishi split AC system. Tile floors throughout, granite counter tops and bamboo cabinets.

Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets! There are 2 pools, jet spas and BBQ areas on the property! Tennis court and free parking!

A starter pack containing 2 rolls TP, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, small sponge, bar of soap and conditioning shampoo will be provided.
