Deluxe 4 bedroom house

This beautiful house is superbly located only a 5 minute walk to the town centre and 2 minutes to the famous park, the Valley Gardens. The property is perfect for family holidays or group bookings. It has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, outside terrace and on-street parking. Ground Floor: large open plan kitchen with bar stools and sliding patio doors onto sun terrace with outdoor seating. Lovely to sit out and soak up the sun on a sunny day. Large range cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Walk through to superb open plan dining / living area. Large dining table to seat 8 people. The living space is perfect for relaxing, with comfy sofas and Smart TV. First Floor: Stylish bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle with rain dance shower head, WC and sink. There is also a separate WC on this floor. Light, spacious and luxurious master bedroom located at the front of the property with king size bed which can split into twins. Smart TV. The second bedroom overlooks the rear of the property and has a double bed. Second Floor: Two further bedrooms: one has a king bed which can split into twins, the other is a double. There is a further bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Parking is on-street with permits which we provide for 1 vehicle. For any further vehicles there is some free on-street parking nearby, details can be provided at the time of booking. Good WIFI throughout. Bedlinen and towels provided. One well behaved dog is permitted, charges apply.

A lovely city break

We came to stay for my friends 50th and it was the perfect base for a city break 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a lovely well stocked kitchen (nice plates!) and sunny yarden We loved it and would come back again

Brilliant location for the centre of town. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and good size showers, even a bath. We made the most of the small outside area so we could enjoy the lovely weather. Overall a wonderful stay x

Great weekend stay

St Magnus House is a clean, comfortable property.Although the kitchen was well equipped with crockery we thought a few basic essentials were missing such as kitchen soap and foil.More detailed instructions regarding recycling would be good
