This renovated apartment (2021) is a heartbeat away from Acropolis, at the famous and historic area of Plaka!



The apartment is located in a very strategy place, in Plaka, just under Acropolis, you can be anywhere in 5 minutes by foot!



It has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with a flat TV each and two bathrooms! You can use our lovely terrace where you can enjoy your evening coffee!



The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7. For the winter there is the option for heating with natural gas with extra cost .



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Acropolis is the closest Metro station



Smoking is only allowed in the balcony



Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.



Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.



Transfer service and private tours are available upon request

Well located apartment close to everything all within walking distances. It is quite spacious and also has two bathrooms and a washer and dryer which is a plus. The apartment is in a tourist area and have plenty of greek restaurants outside but if you walk further to other areas such as Monastiraki you’ll find many other options. Communications are great and the driver who took us to and from airport is nice and knowledgeable about the city. Overall a great and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location! We walked everywhere and there were many great restaurants just outside the door (gelato across the sidewalk!). Well equipped (for U.S. visitors: no washcloths and you throw used toilet paper in the trash can NOT the toilet). A/C works great when you follow the instructions. One bedroom overlooks a busy pedestrian street so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs or choose the other bedroom. The apartment entrance is the ornate green double doors in the photo.

Communication with the property manager was excellent. They made arrangements for transfer from the airport that had to be modified after several flight issues. The property was centrally located to our tours and activities, shopping and restaurants. We walked to everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Lovely place and perfect location!

This was a wonderful property - very comfortable and clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. The location right in the Plaka was very convenient and fun. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

A Great Location

We recently stayed in this VRBO. The location was great: a seven minute walk to the Acropolis and Museum, short walks to outdoor cafes and higher end restaurants, and a three minute walk to the grocery. The apartment was lovely, clean, and the managers responsive.

Fantastic apartment in a great location.

The apartment was as described - very clean and well presented. It is in a perfect location for exploring the sights. George was very responsive with any queries we had and arranged transfers to and from the airport which were great. We would happily stay here again .

Perfect property, perfect location

Beautiful apartment with everything you need and very comfortable. Location in Plaka can’t be beat - you can walk to everything. Host was accommodating of all requests- airport transfers, restaurant recommendations, anything you needed. We will stay here again

We had a great stay! The apartment is right is the middle of a vibrant neighborhood with places to eat, shops and music. Within walking distance to attractions. The apartment was beautiful.

Family Stay in Plaka

Bucket list trip included a stay in this Plaka district apartment. Great amenities and centrally located in area full of restaurants and shops and within a 10 minute walk of the Acropolis. Management is very responsive to any issues and helpful with arranging transport to/from airport. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend this property to anyone visiting Athens.

Terrific Athens vacation property

Beautifully updated property in the most desirable Platka neighborhood of Athens. Restaurants and shops right outside your door. Easy walking distance to many major historical sites and museums. Host was great to work with. Don't hesitate to book this property.

Great Location

We would absolutely stay again. The location couldn’t have been better. We were close to so many great shops and restaurants, as well as the Acropolis. Everything was walking distance. The flat was very clean and comfortable.

Great apartment, excellent location

Excellent place for a stay in Plaka, convenient to a million shops and restaurants. Communication could have been just a bit better, but by the time we arrived in Athens George let me know that someone would be there to let us in and show us the apartment. Clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Great Apartment with a Great location

The location is amazing and the apartment is as good as the pictures (maybe better). Management was very responsive to all questions and helped set up car service to and from airports. Great location, stayed with 3 children was able to walk around to all the shops, restaurants, and Acropolis. Very safe and very clean area.

This property was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, there was access to a washer/dryer, it was in the heart of Plaka and the distance to historical sites was unbeatable. Great location and great communication and service from the management team. They also helped accommodate transportation to and from the airport which made it easier for us with the kids. Thanks for the great experience!

Modern Apartment in Perfect Plaka Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Everything was clean and modern and the location in Plaka was perfect. Tons of restaurants, cafes, shops right outside your door and the main tourist attractions are a 7-10 minute walk. AC worked great in the 95+ degree weather mid July! George arranged our transfers, which was especially helpful for our 4:30am pick up time to get to our 7am flight!
