This cozy house has a capacity for 4 people and is only 450 meters from the beach. With amenities like a community pool, air conditioning, and a parking space, it is perfect for enjoying a relaxing vacation.



The accommodation is fully equipped to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. It features a charming garden with furniture and a barbecue, ideal for sharing outdoor moments. Additionally, it has internet access (wifi), heating, heat pump, and air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms to accommodate any season. You can also enjoy a refreshing community pool and electric mosquito repellent devices for added comfort.



Located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava, this accommodation gives you the opportunity to explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. With the Raül Girona supermarket less than 6 km away and an excellent selection of restaurants within 3 km, you can taste the delicious local gastronomy. Moreover, being just a few steps from the beach will allow you to enjoy relaxing days by the sea.

¡Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas! El alojamiento está muy bien cuidado y equipado. La ubicación es ideal, cerca del mar. El trato del personal fue muy amable. ¡Recomendable! Revisaría el tema de las tablas del suelo del jardín por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bien.

Uns gefällt das Ferienhaus sehr gut, es ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet

Garten, Küche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock, zentrale Lage und Nähe zum Meer, schöner großer Gemeinschaftspool. Die Betreuung von inmomaspinell ist sehr gut und die Angestellten dort sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend.

Häuschen mit sehr schönem Garten zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen!

Der Service der ImmoMasPinell-Mitarbeiter:innen war grandios und sehr gut! Das Häuschen mit dem abgeschlossenen und sehr gemütlichen Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Die Atmosphäre in dem Garten ist genauso hinreißend, wie sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Der Service und das Haus waren für uns einfach perfekt! Wir sagen herzlichen Dank an das Team von ImmoMasPinell!

A améliorer

La climatisation, le grand frigo et ke lave-vaisselle. Pas de balai pour faire un peu de ménage pendant le séjour, de gros problèmes d'odeurs de canalisations dans la salle de bain.

Alojamiento confortable a pocos metros de la platja Gran. Una playa paradisíaca en pleno Empordà.

La confortabilidad del jardín. La casita es justo lo que se necesita prar unos dias de playa,naturaleza y descanso. La flexibilidad en las entradas y salidas tanto de dias como horarios. Que pudiera ser de Lunes a Miercoles (10 dias)

Patio excelente y casa acogedora.

El Patio es excelente. Es amplio,agradable y muy fresco. La casa es justa pero más que suficiente para 4 personas. Por poner un pero podríamos decir los escasos utensilios de cocina.
