It is located in the heart of a 1.4 hectare estate, surrounded by a large garden and fields of fruit and olive trees. A true haven of peace, the property is located on the edge of the village of Oppède, accessible by foot in 10 minutes.

This beautiful air-conditioned space is bright and airy thanks to its 2 bay windows overlooking the large garden and feels spacious with its beautiful high ceiling.
Ideal for a couple, it will be the perfect starting point to discover the Luberon and its medieval villages and cities or for simply taking it easy and relaxing.

A lounge area with sofa, coffee table, television and WIFI,

The open kitchen is spacious, with 2 induction hobs, an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A table for 4 people allows you to dine inside.

The sleeping area is separated from the rest of the house by a beautiful bookcase and includes a double bed (160cm), two bedside tables, and wall lamps.

The large shower room is enclosed and has a w.c., large washbasin with storage unit, shelf, and walk-in shower.


- Outside –

There is a shaded pergola to host lunches and dinners in summer, equipped with two deck chairs for a moment of relaxation with a view of the Luberon. An outdoor kitchen is also at your disposal under a large shaded awning, equipped with a barbecue.

Finally, you will have access to the large swimming pool 6 x12m, open from May to September, surrounded by a beautiful terrace equipped with sunbeds, in the middle of lavender and rosemary trees,

A ping pong table and a boules court are also at your disposal.

There is also plenty of room to park your car near to the apartment.

The appartment has its own private terrace but the gardens and pool are shared with the owner.
