Welcome to Villa Semper Fi with Pool in Icici near Opatija town in Istria- the wonderful and diverse region of Croatia!
The splendid villa is located 5 km from the Adriatic Sea, on the glades above the small town, near the Ucka mountain, on the north-eastern side of the peninsula. Lavish property has 700 m2 and has plenty of space for outdoor activities. The verdant surrounding is just an addition to this serene location that offers stunning views.
A 5-star Villa Semper Fi with Pool has 350 m2, features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and offers accommodation for up to 11 persons.
The exterior of the villa features an outdoor infinity swimming pool of 24 m2. The terrace set pool is surrounded by cozy beach chairs and sun umbrellas. An outdoor dining area can be a place for family gatherings and socializing. You will be amazed by the mesmerizing sea view of the archipelago of Krk and Cres islands.
Villa’s interior is airy and radiant. Huge glass walls dominate so you can enjoy a relaxing sea view. The ground floor has an exit to a terrace with an infinity pool.
