Located on a more than 4000 m2 large plot, Villa Vesna is a former country house in Central Istria on the outskirts of medieval picturesque town Pican. The villa is hidden in the small village Lukezi and offers you quiet and peaceful holidays in the countryside, enjoying private swimming pool and family outdoor activities, while the coastal towns of Rabac, Rovinj and Porec are easily reachable by car for a beach excursion or an evening outing. The property can accommodate 10persons in the main house and 4 persons in the depandance.
Villa Vesna can accommodate up to 10guests and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The raised ground floor consists of a living room with a seating area, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom and a bathroom. The internal stairs bring you to the first floor where two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located. The 4th bedroom with bathroom is located in the daylight basement and has the private entrance, there is also a living room and a kitchenette. Two convertible sofa beds are also available in the living rooms. The villa is decorated in a welcoming vintage style, with a lot of uncluttered space and light, offering you a perfect setting to escape and relax.
The villa features a private pool with lounge, a tennis court on a concrete surface, a basketball court, a large garden with football area, table tennis and outdoor playground for the smallest ones. You can also enjoy outdoors by the barbecue facilities situated in front of the house. Private parking, free WiFi and satellite TV are available. Fundamental home supplies (sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, detergents, …) will be at your disposal upon your arrival. You will also find a wide selection of books to enjoy your reading by the pool, and there is the video surveillance outside for your safety.
Villa Vesna has a private Volleyball courtand football billiard court so you can enjoy your time playing.
Villa Vesna is rented together with depandance Villa Branka, located at the same plot less than 10 m of distance. Villa Branka can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Villa Branka features a playroom with football tablewhere you can explore your competitive spirit and enjoy a different kind of break. You will enjoy the quiet outdoors beside a barbecue and relaxing in a large lounge in front of the house. The depandance Villa Branka has the same cozy vintage design as main Villa Vesna, creating an environment where the time seems to slow down and the mind unwinds.
