At the apartment entrance, a long hallway welcomes you. Almost at the end of the hallway, a door leads to the storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional refrigerator. From this room, you also enter the spacious bedroom, equipped with a double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm, a comfortable sitting area for 2 people, and a TV. Another door leads to the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

To use the living/dining area go up half a floor from the hallway. Enjoy a home-cooked meal at the dining table from the fully equipped open kitchenette. In the living area, relax on a variety of seating, play games with your kids, or watch your favorite show all together on the TV.

You enter the slightly elevated east terrace from the living room. Make yourself comfortable in the high-quality outdoor furniture and enjoy the picture-perfect view of the Port Zélande harbor and the Grevelingenmeer. Or take a few steps down directly to the edge of the harbor and marvel at the impressive sailing ships and yachts during a relaxing walk.

From the dining area up another 5 steps, you will find 8 sleeping accommodations spread over three bedrooms. One room accommodates a double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm. In the two other bedrooms, you will find once one and once two bunk beds 90 x 200 cm. The floor is completed by a separate toilet and a comfortable bathroom with a ground-level shower and double sink.  

 For unloading and loading you may drive with the car shortly in front of the apartment. After that, the vehicle must be parked in a parking lot about 300m away.

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The apartment can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
