Newly renovated apartment ideal for your holiday in Chamonix. Sleeps up to 5 in one double bedroom and a cabin-bedroom with bunk beds -140 cm lower bed, 90 cm upper bed for persons 6 years and upwards)). Lovely balcony with uninterrupted views of the Mont Blanc. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, well appointed living/dining room. Underground parking (1 car) and ski locker available.
Walking distance to the centre of town (300 metres) to easily access shops, restaurants and numerous local activities. Easy access to local buses and the main bus station (500 metres).

Thank you Dave and we certainly hope you return. I returned to chamonix the same day. Thank you for leaving the house so clean. It snowed big snow flakes that night and big sun the next day. Unfortunately for us it was only an overnighter.

Comfortable stay

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed a week in the apartment. Great, quiet location minutes walk from the main shopping street. Views from the balcony are unforgettable.

Short summer break in Chamonix

Brilliant property, perfect location. Would definitely visit again, and what a view! Lots to see and do, much longer time needed to explore property! Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Chamonix

This is a great place andjust a quick walk to chamonix center. The condo is modern and comfy with a spectacular view. We didn't have a car but there is patting on site.

Short return trip to the Alps

The apartment was perfectly situated on the outskirts of Chamonix, easy walking into the town centre and everything that the alps has to offer whether is be skiing, walking or sightseeing.

Wonderful stay

It was a great base for exploring Chamonix for our family of 4. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. It’s a short walk to town but is in a quieter section which we appreciated. Check in and communication all smooth. Can’t wait to come back and explore the area in a different season

Nice appartement in Chamonix centre.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is very clean and everything you need is there. The view is amazing: Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. And walking into town is only a few minutes.

Karen went above and beyond, and was super responsive. The condo was perfect size for our family of 3 and well equipped.

We wish we found this beautiful apartment sooner. Our host was amazing. The apartment was walking distance to the town centre. Private and secure parking space was a good size especially for our 7-seater. The view of Mont Blanc spectacular and blessed with a large size balcony. Having a decent size kitchen with all the equipment, crockery, cutlery etc was next level. And a laundry made life easy especially after being on the road for nearly 3 weeks. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

Great getaway

The apartment suited our needs perfectly. Nice, clean, modern apartment with views on the mt Blanc. Five minute easy walk to the city center and a secured parking spot. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Great place

Fabulous balcony with amazing views of Mont Blanc. Great to have both a table to eat at and comfy chairs to relax on on the balcony. Perfect location, close to shops, 0.7miles to train station, and very close to Chamonix Sud bus station. Very accommodating with allowing us a flexible check in time. Comfy beds and everything you need. Lovely place.

Wonderful

The view is even more impressive than it appears in the photos. The apartment was clean, with a comfy bed . The kitchen was well equipped. It was very well located. Communication with the host was excellent. Hope to return someday!

Wonderful apartment in Chamonix

Our family of 3 had a great stay at Karen's place. The place is very clean, bright and has incredible views. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and eating out on the balcony. The apartment is a quick short walk from the town center, yet far enough to be in a quieter neighborhood, which we appreciated during UTMB week. Karen and her team are very friendly and responsive, and check-in / check-out couldn't have been easier. We really hope to return!
