Renovated cottage located in scenic surroundings close to the coast and bathing jetty at Karrebæksminde. The cottage has been completely renovated in 2021 with a new bright kitchen, which in open connection with the living room gives the perfect holiday atmosphere. New bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and washing machine. There are three bedrooms, all with blackout curtains, and in one bedroom there is an elevation bed. On the secluded terrace there is plenty of opportunity to grill and relax, and in the garden is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The house is excellently located with approx. 150 meters to the water / bathing jetty and approx. 2 km to shopping and restaurant. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
