Excellent location. Soda answered any questions I had in a timely manner before and during my stay. Definitely a great place to stay. Be aware that the secondary bedroom is very small.

Anniversary trip

The view says it all, you walk in and immediately see the beach. White sand, clear water, friendly people. The guys who set up chairs/umbrellas, rent water toys to the staff working the condo needs, everyone was friendly, helpful. Soda, the owner was extremely nice, easy to communicate with, contact.We would like to go back in future.

Mixed review

The property on the beach was great for convenience. Fourth of July on the beach was fantastic and I’m not usually a big fireworks person. Needed the car to go anywhere. The condo was as advertised however when we arrived the sheets in one bedroom were not cleaned. The service gave new sheets but didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Lastly, the entire place remained damp all week. Possibly use a dehumidifier.

Lovely mini vacay

I was last-minute booking a trip for my 45th birthday. My goal was to stay at a really nice property that had direct beach access with beautiful views, and I accomplished that. My husband, mom, and I had such a wonderful time staying at the property. It met all of our needs plus some. We all have plenty of room to move around. The beach was lovely, but the water was too cold, but it was nice to have a pool and a heated hot tub at the property. The property owner was very polite and courteous, and he provided a wealth of information about the condo as well as the surrounding areas. We truly appreciated that. I would highly recommend.

Amazing views

A wonderful location! The property offers great amenities with easy access to the beach etc. As flying, it was nice to have the chairs/umbrellas set up everyday for us. Saw dolphins most days and loved waking up each morning to that view. Property was well maintained!

Perfect Location

Great location, very clean, everything is as pictured in the listing. We watched several dolphins over the three days we were there. The beach is the nicest we have ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay!

The condo was perfect size for the 2 of us. The view was beautiful. Soda was very easy to communicate with and the condo was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again!

View and relaxing

We loved waking up to view from our clean unit and enjoyed seeing dolphins from balcony most days. We also enjoyed the amenities and our host sent us local restaurants we found enjoyable. Our host and unit were great

Wonderful place to stay

We booked this condo for our elopement in early May. Soda was a wonderful host! Upon arrival, he had arranged for flowers, a card, and a cake to be left in the condo for us which was such a nice touch! The location was perfect and right on the beach close to everything. We would definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Destin. Thank you Soda!

Great Condo and Great Owner

Just got back from our stay at this Destin condo that is right on the beach and all I can say is, WOW! The owner, Soda, was easy to deal with and very attentive. The condo is as described and views of the gulf are amazing. The beach service is top notch. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Destin

My family loved destin and this condo we stayed in. The condo was very clean and updated also had amazing views! And was in a great location near tons of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The owner was very responsive and reached out to us often to make sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation great, which it was! I highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!

Beautiful Condo!

Condo was exactly as pictured, property was clean. Staff and security were very nice. Elevator was slow and had some issues. Condo was beautiful and very clean. Only issue we had was the jets in the master tub, they could definitely use a good cleaning. Everything was decorated beautifully and the owner was very easy to reach and helpful! Amazing view!!!

Great Location, Great Views

The Condo is right on the beach with 180 views. Sun. surf and Dolphins, what could be better. The owner was easy to communicate with and the accommodations are exactly as described in the listing. Great place for family and/or friends.

Quiet getaway

We did have a small issue with the toilet in the master bathroom but the owner and the maintenance team responded very quickly so overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful scenery!

My sister, best friend and I rented unit #311 at Sterling Sands. From the moment we walked in, we were mesmerized by the view. The ocean front unit was perfect for our getaway. It was exactly as pictured and the owner was available via text, email and the VRBO site during our entire stay regarding anything we needed addressed. (Minor things that were fixed during our stay.) The location was perfect, close to anything and everything. The beach service was a nice bonus and the guys at the hut had our chairs and umbrella ready for us daily. It was a clean and quiet place and we'd love to return in the future!

Fantastic!

Best vacation ever! The condo was amazing, exactly as we expected from the description and pics. The building was very clean and well kept, and the beach was so beautiful! The chair service was such a nice bonus. The Owner was very responsive to any questions we had (Thanks Soda!). We will definitely be coming back. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Great Destin vacation

We had a great time during our recent stay. We had a 2 bedroom and had enough room for 3 adults and 1 child. The view from our balcony was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The condo is located conveniently near restaurants and shopping. We are already considering returning back to Destin next year. The new owner, Soda made contact with us a few times prior to our vacation to make sure we had everything we needed, and again during our visit.
