Harma Villas | Ground view villa I

Harma Villas is a complex of two independent luxury residents located on the East side of Andros, on a natural small overlooking the town of Chora. The villas offer stunning view since the eye is able to capture in a 360 degrees glance a panoramic picture of the Aegean sea including Turlitis, the most notable light house in Europe built on a rock in the middle of the water, the Horizon and the attractive town of Chora.

The Villas are positioned in a five acres plot at a close distance (10 minutes by car) from the beach “Niborio” and “Gialia”, providing privacy and discretion during the high tourist summer season. The last 5 minutes of the journey are through a dirt road accessible with a normal car, which requires careful driving though, especially at night.

Harma Villas are minimally designed to fit the islands character by combining elements of wood and stone. The exterior setting consists of spacious paved surroundings, parking and a spacious swimming pool (10X6m) in operation normally from May till October.However the operation period can be adjusted according to guests needs.

Pergolas are set up and attached to the preface of the houses for sitting and dinning while still maintaining a view of the sea, the town of Chora and the natural scenery. Alternatively, there are natural shades in the property that can also provide full view such as a big oak tree with a stone bench built all around its trunk. Within the plot, a picturesque Cycladic orthodox church overlooks the Aegean sea witnessing the long – drawn presence of tradition and post Byzantine style.

The interior of the villas offers a modern minimal aesthetic decorated in such a manner so as to be both aesthetically pleasing but also simplistic in nature and practical to live in. Each villa is divided in two floors connected by a staircase. The upper floor is occupied by the living room and the dinning connected to a fully equipped kitchen as well as a WC. The lower one consists of three bedrooms with queen sized beds, which are served by three bathrooms (Shower cabin /Wc)), two of which en suite. All of the rooms are spacious, consist of the same high quality/design and connect with the exterior space by French doors that allow plenty of natural light to penetrate into the villa. They also all provide a view to the sea/swimming pool or the natural landscape.
