Apartment 3 on the upper floor of our house has a bedroom, a large, bright living room with a comfortable couch, kitchen, dining area and bathroom (shower / toilet).

The sunny south-facing balcony is adjacent to the living room. Here you can already have breakfast in the summer months or end the evening after an eventful day with a good glass of Palatinate wine.

In the bedroom there is a cot (140x70 cm) next to the double bed.
In the tourist community of Elmstein in the heart of the Palatinate Forest, we offer you three comfortable holiday apartments. - Perfect for everyone who likes to hike, bike, or just want to enjoy the wonderful nature and prefer a cozy travel home with self-sufficiency. Our house is quiet, right on the edge of the forest, making it the ideal starting point for hikes in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Palatinate Forest Nature Park.

Our apartments are comfortably furnished and offer space for two to four people with one or two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and shower / toilet. A south-facing terrace or balcony adjoins the living room. Here you can already have your breakfast in the summer months or end the evening after an eventful day with a good glass of Palatinate wine.

Relax and unwind after an eventful hike or bike ride in our sauna in the basement of our house. ..... Or just take a day off!

All three apartments each have separate entrances from the outside. The corona-related distance rules and contact restrictions can therefore be adhered to without any problems.

You can rent one of our garages for your car or park it on one of the outdoor parking spaces.

On request, we can offer a bread roll service from our local baker. In the cellar of our house we have an extensive range of drinks - including wines from the German Wine Route - ready for you.

Ideales Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub in Elmstein. Das Ferienhaus ist komfortabel und komplett eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist da. Schöne und ruhige Umgebung, ideal für längere und kurzere Spaziergänge. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder.

Willkommen im Pfälzer Wald

Ruhig gelegen im Tal von Elmstein liegt dieses Feriendomizil. Für Wander- und Mountain Bike Freunde optimal. Doch auch für die Weinregion Pfalz ist man hier richtig. Die grossen Orte Bad Dürkheim, Neustadt an der Weinstrasse und Landau sind jeweils in 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Toller Standort für Waldliebhaber

Die Fewo Ist sehr schön, auch von der Ausstattung her. Die Umgebung bietet Wald satt mit sehr vielen schönen Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Weite und Ruhe des Pfälzer Waldes bieten Erholung pur. Man ist allerdings auf das Auto angewiesen.

Weekje weg.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Elmstein. Het appartement was keurig verzorgd. We werden goed ontvangen. Fles wijn en chocolaatje op de keukentafel. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Rustige omgeving en heerlijk gewandeld. Zeker een aanrader. Huub&Corrie Oome 10 tot 17 augustus 2019

Vorzügliche Ferienwohnung

In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für zwei Personen braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wohnung und großer Balkon luden zum Verweilen ein. Hervorragend war, dass Getränke wie Wein, Bier, Saft und Wasser im Keller zur Verfügung standen. Die Preise dafür sind gering. Das Feriendomizil ist bestens zu empfehlen, vor allen dann, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mitten im Pfälzer Wald

Für eine Woche waren wir zu zweit zu Gast in der Ferienwohung 3. Die Wohnungseinrichtung war nett und vollständig und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und der Beschreibung zu lesen. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren nett und hilfbereit. Die ruhige Lage der Ferienwohung war für uns sehr angenehm. Am Morgen konnte man schön auf dem zur Wohnung gehörigen Balkon frühstücken. Der Internetzugang hat uns beim Planen unserer Wanderungen sehr geholfen. Außerdem gab es Getränke im Keller des Hauses und einen Brötchenbringeservice des ortsansässigen Bäckers. Zusammenfassend eine klare Empfehlung von uns.
