In this lovely residence "Blutsyde", located in a beautiful green domain, there is a holiday feeling. There is a heated swimming pool where you can really enjoy yourself! It is located near a national park and is within walking distance of the dunes/sea and coastal tram.
The interior has been completely modernized, it has a cozy/trendy look. Thanks to the wood elements, it gives you a warm feeling. Internet/Wifi is available. The complex is well maintained and there is an elevator.


Layout
Layout of the 2-room apartment: entrance, bright living room with sliding window to terrace, open kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and sleeping corner, WiFi and electric heating. It is a non-smoking property. The beach feeling will not be missing.

The living space is an open space with light tones, which gives you a spacious feeling. An industrial look with natural accents has been chosen. There is a Smart TV with Dutch, French and German channels and you have access to apps such as Netflix (your own login). Once no TV or reading, there are board games and game cards available.

We can divide the sleeping areas into three; there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sliding door wardrobe, in the living room there is a double sofa bed and finally a sleeping corner with a bunk bed (length 180 cm). Although there are six sleeping places, we recommend two adults and two children.
There are plenty of light points and for the reader there is a reading lamp in both the living room and bedroom equipped with a USB charger for charging the tablet, e-reader or telephone.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin with storage space and toilet. There is also a hair dryer and a drying rack that you can use.

The kitchen is equipped with 4-ceramic glass hobs, dishwasher, microwave with grill function, coffee machine and kettle. Sufficient pans, cutlery and tableware are available. Pepper, salt and basic spices have also been considered. For the beer lover we have a number of beautiful special beer glasses.

The balcony with furniture gives you a view of the sunbathing lawn and the swimming pool.
For shared use: property (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool heated open from 15 June to 15 September. Depending on the weather, it may be open longer.


Access
The apartment is within walking distance (850m) from the Bredene Renbaan tram stop.
As soon as you have received the key, it is possible to drive onto the site by car to load and unload your belongings at the entrance of the apartment. It is not allowed to park here. You can reach this entrance through the gate on the Derbylaan. In addition, there is a free parking lot at the rear of the complex, the entrance is via Koerslaan.

What to bring;
In addition to your clothes and other personal items, we ask that you bring your own towels, beach towels, linen and bedding. There are four sleeping pillows and three covers available (2-person 200x200 1x, 1-person 140x200 2x). The mattresses are equipped with protective covers. There is no cot or feeding chair.
