With views overlooking the beach and out across the beautiful turquoise Caribbean Sea, the apartment is on a half mile stretch of white sandy beach. This Mediterranean style apartment, with its beautiful, lush tropical gardens and a freshwater pool is situated at Glitter Bay which is known to be one of the best beaches on the West Coast.
The gated resort has 24 hour security. Amenities include a large lagoon style swimming pool, plus a big circular children’s wading pool and bridge. There are plenty of comfortable sun-loungers with mattresses and parasols surrounding the pool, and also on the beach. On arrival at the beach on your first morning, locate the beach attendant and advise him where you would like to sit, these are your seats for the remainder of your holiday unless you wish to move. A daily beach towel service is available from the concierge desk. Two tennis courts, table tennis and small gym are also available at no extra cost.
Ocean Blue interior designer has anticipated all guests needs; this luxurious apartment is furnished in a contemporary beach-side style and is very well-equipped. It comfortably sleeps five and has always been popular with families. The apartment is located in an elevated position on the first floor in the first building, which is the closest to the beach and sea. There is a large covered terrace which looks directly out across the pale sand and turquoise water, it is totally private and not overlooked. Comfortably furnished in white it is the most perfect place to sip a rum and watch the spectacular sunsets each evening: dine here in total comfort. The stone-based glass topped table is full of exotic shells from around the globe. We provide candles for the hurricane lamps, and the romantic terrace is fitted with dimmers to enhance the mood.
The spacious living space is furnished with a large contemporary L-shaped sofa, wall mounted TV and coffee table, leaving plenty of space for you to stretch out and relax. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are fitted throughout. The walls are strung with original artwork, glass doors slide back and lead onto the spectacular terrace. A simple white modern Italian kitchen that is well equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, plus fridge/freezer, blender and toaster. Many guests comment how unusually well-equipped this apartment is for a rental property. Accommodation for five, the apartment is perfect for four guests but can happily accommodate an extra bed to accommodate a fifth person.
The second bedroom is quite spacious and we hire a normal size single, not a fold-away bed.
