Our attractive villa is well furnished, set in a securely walled garden, and has marvellous views over the town and the Maures hills beyond. Shops, large LeClerc supermarket with fuel and "Drive" Click & Collect services, restaurants and two weekly markets are a short walk away.

The spacious salon and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, and includes satellite TV , with DVD, Hi-Fi and WiFi broadband access. There is a cloakroom and a well equipped kitchen. Upstairs the large master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are 3 further bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin) in the East Wing on the ground floor, all furnished in Provençal style, and a second bathroom with twin basins, and separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling or pedestal fans. The front terrace has an integral BBQ. The large garage has washing facilities. The garden has a good selection of mature trees and shrubs and several seating areas. The private pool is 7m x 3.5m, and has Roman steps and a jet for current swimming.

There is a good folding bed for a 9th person, and a high chair and travel cot for one baby.

There are two small rooms in the garage area - a shower room with toilet and a kitchenette with washing machine, clothes dryer and a second fridge for drinks.

The main TV is set up to receive UK Freesat and French digital terrestial (TNT) channels.

The property is in a quiet residential area and surrounded by a high wall and a large locked gate at entry.
