Inside the building you can admire a beautiful late 18th century fresco that represents Santa Caterina, from which the name of the Palace derives.
LIVING AREA
Upon entering, there is access to the large double living room which, in addition to the living room with comfortable sofas, houses a table that can accommodate up to 12 people. The large and bright windows, characterized by lovely period balconies, overlook Via Monacelle. Adjacent to the living room, but separate from it, there is a kitchen equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and many other tools useful for cooking. The apartment is completed by a large bathroom for the common area, which houses a large fireplace.
SLEEPING AREA
In this apartment there are 3 large and bright bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, for a total of 6 beds. The main bedroom has a vaulted ceiling decorated with beautiful frescoes and a spacious shower in the room. The second bedroom, also with a barrel ceiling, is characterized by a beautiful designer bathtub positioned inside. The third room also has frescoed vaulted ceilings and has an independent entrance that allows access to the room from the outside without going through the living area.
TERRACE
Going up the beautiful period stairs, on the third floor you reach a large sea-view terrace for the exclusive use of guests, the perfect place to enjoy the open air and the view of the historic center. A small kitchen and a large table make the terrace perfectly functional and ideal for enjoying wonderful aperitifs or dinners overlooking the sea.
The apartment offers every kind of comfort, such as air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi. It is equipped with a heating system and therefore perfectly usable even in the coldest months, during which old Gallipoli is very fascinating.
During the summer months, you could park your car at the port car park, a few hundred meters from the house. Access and parking in the historic center is limited in summer.
