We had a wonderful time! The location absolutely cannot be beat! We had access to markets, restaurants and the beach - it was truly perfect. We brought handheld fans that might help for those overnight who are used to AC. A perfect stay!

Perfect Location!

This is a great location on Nazare Beach. Located just behind a fabrica ice cream shop. Everything is walkable including the tram car. One tip…make sure you have toilet paper when you arrive as no starter supplies are provided! Do yourself a favor and dine down the street south at Tabernassa (I suggest making reservations!), the food and service is off the charts!

Very nice apartment

Great location-looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Across the street from beach. Great cafe next door for breakfast and late lunch. Property managers were very helpful. We would definitely come back to stay in the apartment.

Nice Nazare vacation

The property is located in a perfect part of Nazare. A short walk to the beach and local vendors. The kitchen being on the 3rd floor might be a challenge to some people, as well as having to park about 200 meters up a hill, but the location in my mind easily out weighs these issues. Would definitely return.

Stay in Nazare

Location is excellent. Parking is very limited. There is free and paid parking within a 10 or 15 minute from the unit but it should be located before you get there. There is a bit of a musty smell on the floor where the bedrooms are. The WIFI does not work on the upper floor. The kitchen was lacking a few things such as a dish cloth and bowls.

Great view

This is a great place to stay, great location and views of the ocean from both sides of the building. Easy walking, lots of dining choices. There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind (that’s how you get the good view). This is also bare minimum accessories. No dish soap, shampoo, hand soap, paper towels. We did not ask for these things so I don’t know if they would have provided them or not. We wish the weather had been better so we could enjoy the beach which is across the street but maybe next time. Luis and staff are very nice and they even physically took us to the apartment. I would consider staying here again.

Excelente apartamento muy bien situado

Hemos pasado 15 días en este apartamento mi marido y yo con nuestra hija y su pareja. Las dos habitaciones dobles con sus baños respectivos son muy luminosas y agradables y las ventanas cierran perfectamente por lo que aislan muy bien del ruido de la calle. Todo estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos, incluidas las camas y la ropa de casa. Hemos podido disfrutar de muchas puestas de sol en el mar desde una de las terrazas. Nuestra apreciación es muy buena. Sin embargo, hemos echado de menos algo más de equipamiento en la cocina. Por ejemplo sólo había 4 vasos (hemos tenido que comprar algunos que hemos dejado para el siguiente inquilino). Faltaban tijeras, cuchillo de pan (también hemos dejado el que hemos comprado), escurridor, alguna fuente o ensaladero pequeño, algún tupper, pinzas de la ropa... etc. y equipamiento de limpieza (el palo de la fregona estaba roto, por ejemplo). Muchas escaleras, desaconsejable para personas con problemas de movilidad. El tener a disposición solo una llave ha complicado en ocasiones nuestras salidas. Aparcar el coche ha sido también un sufrimiento durante toda nuestra estancia, pero esto no es un problema del apartamento sino de la cantidad de personas que acuden en agosto a visitar las bellezas de Nazaré. Muchas gracias a la agencia que ha solucionado con toda celeridad los pequeños contratiempos con los que nos hemos ido encontrado, con mucha simpatía y amabilidad.

Extraordinaire … a un détail près

Depuis plus de 15 ans, nous passons chaque année quelques jours à nazaré. Les deux balcons avec une vue sur la mer, la partie haute et basse de la ville font de cet appartement un des mieux situé de nazaré. Entièrement rénové avec goût, ses trois salles de bains ont permis à mes enfants d’avoir leur salle de bain privative :-) Nous regrettons par contre la cuisine avec une machine à laver et une hotte non fonctionnels. Avec des enfants en bas âges le point négatif de notre expérience :-( Nous espérons que ce point sera vite régler tant cet appartement est un des plus agréable que nous ayons eu depuis 15 ans.
