Great little house, super well equipped and great host!

We had a lovely stay in this house. It’s extremely well equipped with really helpful extras that you can’t take yourself when flying - like ice cube bags and Tupperware and chairs / umbrella for the beach. The host was very easy to contact and extremely helpful. We were left lovely pizzas, wine, beer and water in the fridge for our late night arrival which was well appreciated and very tasty! We would definitely recommend this house as it’s in a great location for both the beach and the town. The 3 stars given for location is only in reference to the very close proximity of the house to its neighbours. The terrace at the front of the house is not very private, better screening would help. Neighbours on one side of us were very considerate but on the other side they were extremely noisy all the time, and unfortunately you can’t get away from the noise in any of the outside areas. It’s not something the host can control of course, but if you’re noise sensitive this may be difficult to bear as the constant yelling and shouting from one side was challenging. Maybe we were just unlucky!! Overall it’s a very well equipped and comfortable house though with easy walking access to both the beach and the town.

Grazie Hannah per la tua recensione. Tu e la tua famiglia siete stati ospiti piacevolissimi. Mi spiace che gli ospiti del mio vicino siano stati così rumorosi e che vi abbiano un po' condizionato la vacanza. Certo, la disposizione delle case così vicine, tipo terraced house inglesi, non aiuta nel caso di vicini poco attenti al rispetto reciproco ma, se mi avessi avvisata, avrei contattato il padrone di casa per farlo intervenire a riguardo. Grazie e auguri per il futuro. Arrivederci 👋

Tolle & liebevolle Ferienwohnung von privat!

Maria hat uns traumhaft und sehr warmherzig empfangen. Eine sehr schöne, kleine Wohnung. Super sauber und im Vergleich zu unseren letzten vier Urlauben auf Sardinien, sehr stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. :-) Vielen Dank Maria!! ‐------------------ Maria gave us a wonderful and very warm welcome. A very nice, small flat. Super clean and, compared to our last four holidays in Sardinia, very stylish and lovingly furnished! We had a very nice time :-) Thank you Maria!!!

Très agréable séjour

La maison est parfaite! Belle, agréable à vivre et très propre. Paola et son mari sont des hôtes d'une grande gentillesse et très accueillant ! La proximité de la plage principale La Cinta est tel que décrite sur l'annonce. La distance de la maison du centre-ville est la même que La Cinta, 10 minutes à pied. Elle est au calme et entourée d'autres petites maisons d'où on peut entendre les voisins, mais pour nous ça été, ils étaient assez tranquilles. Les plages autour sont bien desservies, nous étions sans voiture. Un séjour vraiment plaisant
