YourHouse Ca Na Ferrera, beach apartment in Can Picafort

A few meters from the fine grained sand beach, this apartment offers a second home to 4 people in Can Picafort.



Ca Na Ferrera is in the center, near restaurants, shops and the sea promenade with bars and children's’ playgrounds. The beach of Can Picafort is family-friendly and you can walk to Playa de Muro or even Puerto de Alcúdia. The market of Can Picafort takes place every Friday and Sunday and Tuesday is market day in Alcúdia. The next golf course is in Alcanada. It is recommendable to visit Cap de Formentor and Pollença old town. A car isn’t necessary as all important services are nearby and can be reached by foot.



The terrace of the apartment invites you to have a nice dinner or to spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun. There are 2 sun loungers. The living-dining room with TV (only Spanish channels) and A/C is open to the kitchen, equipped with a gas cooker, fridge with freezer, italian coffee maker, dishwasher and much more. You can choose between 2 bedrooms with windows, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms with bathtub or shower. A washing machine, iron and an ironing board completes the equipment.



Important:



There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.



The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.



The whole apartment is only for our guests.



The team of YourHouse is happy to host you and to help you with everything you may need during your stay. Our office hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekends and bank holidays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We provide you with a 24 hours hotline in case you have an emergency outside our office hours.
