Great stay!
We stayed one night and it was a comfortable night of sleep. Everything looks clean and new. There’s a functional kitchen for light cooking, smart tv, wifi works well, shower good temperature/pressure, air-condition is cold, room is spacious.
It’s less than 5 mins walk to the ferry terminal, which was the reason why I chose it. Otherwise, it’s about 5 mins walk to the colosseum and about 15 mins walk to the town center.
The check in process can be improved as I had to ask them to update me on what they meant by smart lock without any updates.
The accommodation is actually situated within a collective “hotel/apartment”, so it has a reception area/person to check you in rather than a smart lock which was described in the Airbnb page. I panicked a little when I didn’t receive any instruction to check in.
With communication improved, it’s a reasonable apartment which I’d recommend to travelers.
