Beste Willem, Het spijt ons te horen dat uw verblijf niet helemaal naar wens was. De onderhouds- en schoonmaakproblemen die u heeft genoemd, maken we meteen in orde. Onze excuses voor de vochtplekken, ontbrekende laminaatstukken en de staat van de douchebak. Dit valt zeker niet binnen onze normen en we doen er alles aan om dit te verbeteren. Ook onze excuses voor het gedoe met de handdoeken. We hebben ons protocol aangepast om ervoor te zorgen dat dit in de toekomst vlotter verloopt.
