The wide (500m² -5400 feet square ) and charming villa has 5 bedrooms and a capacity for 11 people.

On the pictures you can appreciate the nice swimming pool next to the garden in which you can enjoy a barbecue on the garden's table. The property is entirely fenced.



All the basic commodities are available:

Internet access (Wi-Fi), alarm, television, radio, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning (hot/cold), air-conditioned, 5 electric anti-mosquito devices, 3 fans,

washing machine, dryer.



In the kitchen, you'll find a gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer are provided.



Reservation Conditions:



- Visitors must pay a deposit before arrival, of 500.00 Euros, which will be returned after departure.



- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.



*** HOUSE RULES ***



-Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.



-Keep order and cleanliness at all times.



-Guests must take care of the garbage generated during their stay. Please separate the garbage in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.



-Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape.



-Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
