No photograph can do justice to the view! Every evening is different with the panoramic sunsets. Mornings are almost as spectacular if there is a fog lifting off the estuary. Lots of choice of where to watch it from on the property.
I don't think the listing mentioned the table tennis table in the play room, which the kids loved.
The only thing stopping a five star review is the general maintenance of the property, such as wobbly paving slabs around the pool and main terrace and the rusted main balcony railing which we didn't trust.
It's a 25 minute walk from the main beach which is fine in the morning, not so good coming back up the hill in the heat! If there is wind on the main beach, the other in the estuary is sheltered so beach lovers are covered throughout the day.
Caminha is a good walk / short drive away with great restaurants (although we were told by an English local to avoid the one closest to the tower) and amazing medieval festival.
