Exclusive riverside retreat, heated pool and jacuzzi, 17 people, on the beach.

The house located right next to the river has 7 bedrooms, a heated pool and 2 jacuzzis, and is less than 5 minutes from the beach and consists of a restoration based on sustainability, with recycled materials, amidst nature.

THE ENTIRE PROPERTY FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF GUESTS. You don't share it with anyone. Not the pool or anything.

It enjoys privileged views over the Ancora River, relaxing and inspiring.

It has a swimming pool with completely private heated water, lots of space, a large flat lawn for games, with corners to sit, meditate, read a book while the river lurks in front.

Very peaceful, wifi, canoes available, table tennis, table tennis, natural river pool, bicycles, Jacuzzi always at 40 degrees, tennis court, rackets, mini-golf irons on well-kept lawn.

NEW: NOW with second JACUZZI, in CASA DA ÁRVORE, right on the river.

There is also a space in the garden for barbecues, with a dining table under the trees.

Private, shaded parking for 5 cars.

Foram 3 dias fantásticos entre amigos num espaço magnífico e com todas comodidades necessárias! Um verdadeiro paraíso onde se pode relaxar mas também praticar variadíssimas atividades com tudo o que é necessário. Foi um fim de semana fantástico! Uma casa com todas as comodidades para miúdos e graúdos. Nous étions 12 adultes et 2 enfants et avons apprécié chaque instant dans la maison "RIVER HOUSE". L'accueil du propriétaire dans un premier temps.. toujours disponible et fort agréable. A casa é absolutamente fantástica a todos os níveis... Desde o conforto, ao espaço, natureza envolvente... Tudo pensado ao mais ínfimo detalhe. Piscina aquecida, jacuzzi, rede de voleibol, bicicletas, golfe, canoagem... Tem tudo! O rio que passa na propriedade é cristalino e em todo o lado há espreguiçadeiras e poltronas para aproveitar o sol e respirar o ar puro com vista para a serra. Simplesmente perfeito. Muito obrigada à Olga e ao Manuel por nos proporcionarem estes dias fantásticos!

A propriedade apresentava um bom nível de limpeza;apresentava bastantes equipamentos pra realizar atividades desportivas; estava com um bom estado de conservação. Recomendo esta casa para toda a gente que gosta de passar algum tempo com qualidade, especialmente a um grupo de pessoas grande, visto que a casa tem capacidade de alojar aproximadamente 20 pessoas

Genial!!!

Hola, nuestra estancia fue maravillosa, la casa cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Fuimos con niños y ellos disfrutaron muchísimo con las instalaciones. Su propietario, Manuel, es una persona encantadora. Por decir algo negativo , diría que eché de menos unas persianas en las habitaciones, pero en general todo muy bien y está muy bien equipada. Repetiremos.

Little secret graden of flowers

Dear owner, We stayed at the Clock house for 14 days. This house was very Nice, mutch to see. Very romantic house with little secrets. Very Nice owners, if there was a problem, Someone came within one hour. À Nice river within 10 min walk. Must see geres big lake, if you go with little children, make a visit to magikland in penafiel. Thanks to the owners for good reception and explaining the house. We come back next year. Greetings

Mira Pool Beach House : un séjour inoubliable !!!

Nous avons passé un séjour entre amis fabuleux dans cette magnifique et luxueuse "Quinta". Elle est spacieuse, fonctionnelle, pratique, la piscine est de taille idéale, et je pourrais passer en revue toutes les commodités une par une, mais le mieux, c'est d'y aller. La vue sur la vallée du Minho depuis la terrasse de la piscine est à couper le souffle. Et les fruits du verger succulents... Sans oublier la gentillesse et l'accueil de Henrique. Un rapport qualité prix incomparable.

echt een geweldig huis !!!!

we zaten met 3 gezinnen in gloria,s pool house... super sfeer vol huis met mooie tuin en zwembad, We zijn daar 2 weken geweest en hebben echt genoten. Supermarkt dichtbij en station , Alleen als je slecht ter been bent is het wat lastig omdat je een steile helling op moet. al met al voor ons 5 sterren waard manuel dank je ;-)

we waren daar met 3 gezinnen,en het was echt een mooi sfeervol huis, Super mooie tuin met eigen zwembad .... In de buurt zit een grote supermarkt en trein station is ook dichtbij,(een aanrader dagje naar spanje ) en heel gezellig klein centrum.... wij hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad daar... voor ons was het 5 sterren waard manuel bedankt......

Um chalet com tudo o que é necessário para passar, quer seja um mês ou um fim-de-semana, com a maior comodidade e conforto possíveis. Espaço amplo, bem decorado, em que a calma e tranquilidade estão presentes. O rio e a cascata “é a cereja em cima do bolo”. Recomendo vivamente. Esta é uma casa de repouso mas também de vitalidade. Cada janela, uma fotografia da paisagem, um confronto com a natureza. Há sempre aspectos a redescobrir em cada canto, há arquitetura de que se usufrui. Viana do Castelo; Caminha, Cerveira, Ponte de Lima são terras fantasticas com história, gastronomia, desportos nauticos e gente inesquecível.

Amazing

My family, including grandparents and our young children, stayed at this beautiful home in June 2010. We didn't see other reviews, so were not sure what to expect, though the photos seemed beautiful, and the size was right. I started to get a very good feeling about our choice in interacting with the owner, o sr Manuel, who provided lots of tips on what to see and do locally, and even offered to have a neighbor stock the fridge with basics, since we were arriving late. The house is amazing and far exceeds the photos on the site--a true country estate and river with lovely gardens, including a lac, a hidden away play structure, and outdoor tables and verandas for enjoying the sunshine and quiet. The house itself is immaculate and tastefully furnished. We cooked for the whole family every night (after biking to the charming villages nearby for supplies) and ate at the cozy wooden dining nook, or in the large formal dining room. We enjoyed the quiet spaces to curl up with a book, such as the sunny study. We also used the clock house, which also has a living room and kitchenette, though we didn't need it. The area is surrounded by large farms, pool river,many off-road bike routes, a castle a kilometer away with a nice restaurant and gardens, and routes to villages and the seaside. The house was so relaxing that we would have been happy simply spending more time enjoying its comforts and gardens. What an unusual way to see Portugal and to enjoy our family vacation! In all, we were blown away by this rental and the hospitality of the owner and neighbors.
