I love this rental!!! Honestly didn't want to leave. What a perfect location. Keli thought of so many little details. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, the lanai was lovely, everything in walking distance. Stay here you will love it.

Hello,I wasn’t able to stay there. Please be forewarned. The bedroom was at least 80 degrees with the living room AC on. No bedroom AC First picture is upon arrival. Second is what owner submitted showing a disheveled bedroom somewhere with bedroom AC

Most Important, I would like to stress that this unit is where I live and I only live in a place where the bedroom is cold. This is my business, my income, and my life. I put my heart and soul into my Airbnbs and in my 13 years LUCKILY, I have never encountered a man so angry and upset literally in less than an hour. He decided the bedroom was too hot. The unit was still being cleaned when he "on his own" barged in and was rude to my cleaner and management team. This unit faces west for a beautiful sunset and it was 3:15 in the afternoon in Hawaii. He may have waited and given the place a chance. He did not. He was threatening and nasty and extremely aggressive to deal with. He was literally in and out of the unit in less than an hour and firmly believed that my manager should find him another "room" immediately. It just doesn't work like that we do not have multiple units like a hotel. Had he relaxed, given it a chance the unit would have cooled down wonderfully. Every other review brags about how great this place is, and I agree. aloha

Thank you for the 4 star review. Curious what made it so you did not give 5 star. It is completely renovated, high end and extra amenities, top knotch sheets, great view, super nice shower and towels, Easy check in? Why not 5 stars? I work very hard to maintain that rating?

Great place to stay right in town

This was a great place to stay. Just a couple minutes walk to the ocean and many restaurants. The noodle shop just across the street from the garage entrance was great! The owner was great about communicating with us.

This property was wonderful. We have stayed at Kona Plaza before and love the location. It is also surprisingly quiet for being right in town. The lanai is wonderful and so relaxing. It exceeded our expectations regarding supplies - all the condiments we needed and never had to purchase more paper towels or toilet paper. I even loved that the Keurig had a single serve refillable cup to use ground coffee and the paper liners too! Better for the environment and budget. Thank you Kelli for the opportunity to enjoy your unit. My adult son and I come to the big Island every year to snorkel and dive and love this location...never have to pay for parking downtown and just steps away from shops and restaurants. You are a wonderful host. We would definitely rent this unit again if available. I might add that all the individuals who live here year round are very pleasant.

Great condo close to everything!

Keli’s condo had everything we needed! It was in a great location with shopping and restaurants literally across the street. It’s well appointed with snorkeling gear, beach chairs, towels, blow up rafts, kids beach toys and more! The main living room couch was not very comfy but we used the cushion in the closet and it was wonderful! We really enjoyed the ocean view and spent a ton of time on the lanai. We would recommend staying here and would absolutely stay again!

Gemi, I am so glad you enjoyed. It thrilled me to know that you used everything. I saw that you used the portable crib, that makes me happy as well. I have contemplated getting a high chair too. Ugh that couch, I wanted to get a good type of bed for the living room and thought it was so much more comfy to sleep on instead of a pull out couch. I ordered it from the mainland, it cost me so much. The bed with the cushion is perfect but the couch is so uncomfortable. It is so tough to find that kind of stuff in an island. Come back anytime. Smiles and Aloha

Wonderful Location!

My friends came to visit and we decided to have a girls weekend in Kona! This property’s location was perfectly located on Alii, easy access to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. We left our car parked all weekend and were able to walk to all of our destinations. Check-in process was a little confusing with the key code but the property manager was helpful. The property was well kept and clean, we had a wonderful time overall!

Good condo. A little dated. Great view! Great location!

Great view! Saw Spinner dolphins swimming and jumping out of the water from the lanai many times. Great location. A short walk to many downtown restaurants and shops. Furniture is typically Hawaiin wicker which is uncomfortable. Well stocked. Felt safe with the locked underground parking. Didn't like listening to the roof air conditioning from the building in front of us all the time. Quite noisy.

Perfect little get away

I will definitely be booking this beautiful condo again. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for just my husband and I. The condo was definitely big enough if we wanted to return with my pre-teens. You can beat the location ,its nestled right in Kona and near some delicious restaurants, AbC store, Hulihee Palace and food trucks. I'm originally from Hilo and just returned back from Juneau Alaska where I work remotely so I'm familiar with the area and know a gem when I see one. Part of me doesn't want to disclose the awesomeness of this unit in hopes, to selfishisly have more availability for myself and friends when they want to visit the Kona side. Kelli maintains her property and communicates effectively. All the information we needed was sent to us upon booking and was very easy to understand. This is my new favorite spot!

Kona

Location cannot be beat. Cozy condo with covered parking and a spacious deck overlooking Ali'i Street and the ocean. Great snorkling at the pier and countless restaurants to choose from in walking distance. Obvious attempts to improve flooring in the unit however the bedroom was carpeted and very dark and damp smelling. Otherwise all was clean and as expecred. Very comfortable for a few days with our young family in the city. Kelli was an attentive host. Would definitely recommend.

Aloha, So very glad you enjoyed my condo, I agree the location, is absolutely wonderful and it is a well appointed condo. I was surprised to hear about the damp carpet or smell in the bedroom, I was completely unaware, since I have left and I actually live there. No one else has complained and my manager has not noticed anything. I will have it looked into. Just for future reference, it is always best to let the host know of things like this instead of giving 4 stars for something that she or he was unaware of. Then it can be dealt with immediately, and ensure you are 100% satisfied and so is the next guest. I try very hard to make sure everything is up to par. Aloha
