Located just 600 meters from the historic center, this vacation apartment in Noto is perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the Baroque charm of the city, enjoying all modern comforts. Ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends, Dammuso Neas is an oasis of tranquility and beauty.
This apartment, with a private entrance, can accommodate up to 4 people and features a living area with relaxing sofas, a dining table, and an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hob, oven, coffee machine, etc.). The two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, offer privacy and comfort. The furnishings, curated in every detail, combine traditional Sicilian elements with modern touches, using light colors and natural materials. Dammuso Neas is an apartment equipped with air conditioning, heat pump heating, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kW per week (approximately 17 kW per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kW.
