Bright and airy Sussex coastal house with direct beach access and hot tub

Located in a peaceful cul de sac on a private beach estate, Sealight is a 4-bedroom beach house with wonderful sea views and direct access to Elmer Sands beach.
It has a 700 sq. ft south facing open kitchen/ living/dining and its unique upside down layout allows the most sociable spaces to enjoy beautiful panoramic sea views.
Sealight has two private gardens separated by a small footpath. The house garden has a hot tub. The second garden has direct access to Elmer Sands beach.
The space
Ground floor:
- 2 large bedrooms with king-size beds - direct access to enclosed garden and hot tub
- 1 double bedroom with two single beds.
- 1 large shower room

First floor:
- 700 sq. ft open kitchen/living/dining with terrace. Panoramic Seaviews.
- 1 double bedroom with bunk beds
- 1 large shower room
Outside space:
- 1 enclosed garden (2000 sq. ft) with hot tub
and
- 1 second private garden (greensward approx 2500 sq.ft) - direct access to the coastal path and the beach.
Both are separated by a small footpath.

Amazing location and access to the beach which was great for walking our dog. House is spacious and feels homely. And the Hot Tub is lovely. A great stay with our family.

Beachfront Serenity

An absolute gem on the coast! If you’re looking for a relaxing home with all the necessities, even for your pets this is the place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accessibility to pubs and markets. The locals are kind and the view is spectacular!

We will definitely return

Lovely long weekend. Very comfortable home with everything you could need. Loved our walks on the beach and time in the hot tub. Will definitely look forward to returning later this year.

Great views - perfect beach for dog walking

Very impressed with the property- right on the beach - sadly the weather was far too windy to do anything there (goodwood festival of speed got cancelled due to the high winds, so it was pretty breezy 💨). Bring extra Binbags as only one extra was provided (for 4 days) other than that there was no need to bring anything. ASDA do door to door delivery - kitchen well stocked to cook if you want and it’s perfect sitting at the large dining table looking out to the sea. Enjoyed our stay 😊

Amazing mini break!

Wow is the best place to start! It looked exactly as the photos but the feel for the property once you are in is wow and we automatically connected and relaxed. We took our 5 and 8 year along with our 6 month old puppy and everyone of us was catered for! The lovely hamper and wine on arrival didn’t last long and within minutes the kids were in the hot tub. The highlight for me personally was that I relaxed away from work instantly and the walks along the beach each day, morning and night were brilliant. I am already looking for a date we can come back!
