Quiet getaway on a beautiful Island near the historic Roman city of Split.

A Unique two storey building, which can be used as a whole for up to 12 people (with external staircase) or as two separate apartments. Please send a message if you’d like to book both upper and lower apartments. This listing is for upper apartment. Please see separate listing for lower apartment.
If you're looking for a quiet peaceful place to get away from it all then you've found it! The views from the terrace are absolutely stunning and the silence is broken only by the gentle lapping of the waves and the enchanting song of the Cops owl.
This upper apartment is slightly larger than the lower at 50m2, and is equipped to a higher standard.
There is a stylish, modern kitchen, new bathroom installed April 2023, lounge/dining area with two double bedrooms, (one double bed and two singles which can be arranged as a further double), sofa bed and a huge balcony/terrace/garden/barbecue area which has fantastic views across the bay and beyond to the old Roman town of Split. There is a router but please bring or buy your own SIM card. Parking on site.

Great location and view

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved everything about the apartment. The view from the balcony is probably the best view in Rogač.

Relaxing stay on a beautiful island

We enjoyed a very relaxing two weeks in this apartment. It's clearly a well-loved holiday home rather than a commercial enterprise, and, as a result, is very well equipped with everything you might need. The terrace, and the views from it, are the real highlight. Colin, the owner, was very prompt in answering questions and he also provided a lot of useful information. We followed his recommendations for restaurants in both Rogač and Grohote, and both were excellent. Šolta is a lovely island - very green and unspoilt, and very easy to get to from Split.

Perfect

Really nice apartment for the price and overall. Brand new bathroom, comfy living room. When you close the blinds and the windows you cannot hear the cicadas at all. The view from the terrace is gorgeous! You might just stay there at all times for the view and be happy. Read the host's instructions on how to walk to the secluded beach - you don't need to go to any other one and there is almost no one there. We had a great time. That you, Colin.

Wunderschön mit tollem Ausblick!

Von der Terrasse schaut man auf die tolle Hafenbucht. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich und sauber. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist steil und eng, doch eben dadurch erhält man den super Ausblick. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere sehr schöne und leckere Restaurants. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war auch bei kleinen Fragen stets schnell und er hat sich sofort gekümmert.

Lovely but

I stayed here in 2019 and it was perfect so I decided to stay again. I was disappointed this time as there was a lot of dust and a few things where broken or not working properly. I also think some bathroom renovation is needed. But the location, balcony and bedrooms where good.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist Perfekt. Er antwortet sehr schnell. Das Apartment verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Die Aussicht von dem Balkon ist der Hammer.

I came to the area on a sailing holiday in 2003 and fell in love with the place. In particular I anchored over night in Rogac bay which is the bay that our apartment now overlooks.
I looked at places on Brac, Hvar and Solta but this was the only place we found that wasn't in need of major works and the only place with such stunning views.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Location, location, location!
The peace and tranquillity to be found here is fantastic. Solta is quieter than the other islands with a more local feel and yet has the easiest access to Split.
Since the apartment(s) are only a 5 minute walk from the port there's no need to have a car but of course the rest of the island is more easily accessible if you do have one. There are busses if you want to explore the island.
