Myrsine 7D is located next to Myrsine 7S (the gardens have a connecting gate) - the two apartments can be rented together and are ideal for group holidays!

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Myrsine 7D is tastefully furnished and finished with care. The entrance leads to the living room with relaxation area; behind the kitchen corner with gas burners, fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher and air conditioning.
The covered veranda, equipped with a comfortable dining table with chairs, is ideal for outdoor dining and spending a pleasant evening with friends; from the veranda and living room you can enjoy a restful view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with bed, wardrobes and respective bathrooms: ground floor a double bedroom with bathroom (shower), on the basement two master bedrooms and bathroom (shower). A private parking space is located at the foot of the building.

Myrsine 7D is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the beauties of the area in comfort. Within a radius of one kilometer there are all the services necessary to satisfy daily needs such as bars, restaurants, supermarket. On the surrounding beaches there are leisure facilities such as boat and dinghy rental, bicycle rental, sun loungers and umbrellas. The property is located in the lovely residential complex of Myrsine - Murta Maria. Marina Maria beach is particularly popular with surf and board sports lovers.
