VILLA NOVA is located in the upper part of the town of Moltrasio, a picturesque village on the shores of Lake Como. Famous for its breathtaking landscape and peaceful atmosphere. It is arranged on one floor and consists of: living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lake view balcony and garden. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, heating.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONVILLA NOVA is a modern flat in an elegant, recently renovated period villa. The flat is internally arranged on one floor and is characterised by large, bright spaces and enjoys a beautiful view of Lake Como. The living area is equipped with a TV zone, sofa bed and dining table. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, oven, kettle and coffee machine. In the living area there is a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of two bright double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower. Outside there is a private garden furnished with sun loungers.

The flat, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has wi-fi internet signal throughout the house, but no air conditioning. However, fans will be available for guests.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGVILLA NOVA can only be reached on foot by climbing 114 steps. Don\'t be frightened by the number of steps: A person in an average physical shape takes about 1 minute to walk them up, a little longer of course if you have to carry luggage. The effort, however, will be repaid by the incredible view the property enjoys and the absolute calm that surrounds it.

It is therefore not the place for those with mobility problems and, for your convenience, we recommend that you bring light luggage.

The flat does not have a private car park. Free public parking spaces are available 200 metres away, just before taking the steps leading to the flat. MOLTRASIO & SURROUNDINGSMoltrasio is a picturesque village on the shores of Lake Como, famous for its breathtaking scenery and quiet atmosphere. It is one of the most charming places in the area, with narrow alleys, traditional houses and incredible views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The village is 10 km from Como and 5 km from Cernobbio, where there is the entrance to the motorway to Milan and Switzerland. Moltrasio is an ideal spot for those seeking a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but at the same time offers a convenient location for exploring the town of Como and other lake resorts. The town also offers the Lido, excellent for sunny summer days.

In the town of Moltrasio there are bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy. To reach them on foot, you will have to walk up some long stairs, as the property is located in the upper part of the town.

Please note that there is a grocery shop in the centre of Moltrasio, but no super market. The nearest super market is called Bennet, in the village of Tavernola, 5 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

At 250 metres from the flat you will find the bus stop, while for the boat you will have to get off in the part of the village near the lake, in Piazza San Rocco, 15 minutes away.

Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
