Downstairs is a luxurious sitting room, filled with light by the pyramid skylight and bi-folding doors leading out onto the pretty sun terrace, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a useful utility room and cloakroom to the rear of the lower ground floor.
Upstairs on the top floor are two beautifully presented double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and another with a double bed. The master bedroom enjoys more stunning views over the Cotswold countryside. On this level there is also a modern shower room with a large walk-in shower.
Outside, the pretty garden leads down to the lower sun terrace looking across the deer park. This immaculate property is ideally suited to either two couples, or a family with young children who are happy to share the double bed in the second bedroom.

Blockley's picturesque church, churchyard and vicarage can be recognised from the filming of "Father Brown", a BBC detective drama set in the 1950s.
