Owl's Roost is a bright and welcoming cottage suitable for 2 self-catering guests. Accessing the property via the private entrance, guests enter the front door into the central hallway. Doors to the cosy double bedroom and separate bathroom lead from the hallway and on to the thoughtfully designed living space.

The private courtyard garden, accessed through French doors from the lounge area, provides an outdoor dining option and offers an enticing space to enjoy a hearty breakfast before embarking on a day's sightseeing and a restful area to enjoy 'sundowners' on your return.

In addition to the contemporary dining table and chairs, the newly installed kitchen is well equipped with an integrated cooker with hob, extractor hood, integrated fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Guests can relax on the sofa and enjoy their favourite Netflix series (own account required) on the internet enabled TV.

The newly refurbished bathroom offers a walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

We are happy to welcome one well behaved dog, but do ask that they are kept off the furniture and dogs under 12 months must be crated. No dogs are to be left alone in the property. Off street parking is provided for guests.

Located just off the Fosseway (A429) into Moreton-in-Marsh, Owl's Roost is just 8 mins stroll to the centre of this bustling market town, where guests can access a wide range of pubs, tea rooms and restaurants.
Located in the heart of the Cotswolds, Moreton-in-Marsh provides an ideal base from which to explore a wealth of attractions such as Blenheim Palace, Batsford Arboretum, Seizencote Gardens and Cotswold Water Park, not to mention the traditional Cotswold villages such as Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water, Chipping Campden and Broadway. Gloucester, Cheltenham and Oxford are all within an hours drive and are also easily accessible via train from the local station.

Check in time is 4.00pm and check out time is 11.00am. If you wish to arrive in the morning and enjoy a day's sightseeing, it may be possible to arrange to leave suitcases or bags with us until check-in is available.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Owls roost. Friendly welcome on arrival with an amazing personalized welcome pack for both of us and our dog. Accommodation was very clean neat and tidy nice little courtyard which had the sun in the morning and evening when we were there. Well located for exploring the Cotswolds.vtgankbyou for having us!

Very spacious ,clean, well equipped for self catering and private. Loved the little courtyard as well. Aldi just across the road and easy walk to the village. Owners very friendly and we really appreciated the extra touches, flowers and goodies to eat. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely little property! Perfect for myself, partner and spaniel for a weekend away. The cottage was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. The welcome package was a lovely touch, very thoughtful. Michelle and Mark were both great hosts, couldn’t do enough for us, and their dog Ebony was very welcoming! The area is just perfect, short drives to neighbouring picturesque villages and Moreton itself is great. Lots of dog friendly pubs and cafes. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Cotswolds.

A great value and wonderful location

We truly enjoyed our stat at The Owl's Roost. It felt like it was new, very clean and just perfect for the 2 of us. We loved the location for our walks and the Aldi's nearby was a bonus to get what we needed. We would stay there again!

A lovely stay!

This was such a lovely place and Michelle was a wonderful host. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, had everything I needed (and some special treats too!), and was convenient for walking into town, catching the bus, and just enjoying. Clean, lovely, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay at this well stocked, comfortable property. Buses and trains provided great access for exploring the Cotswolds. The hosts were extremely helpful before & during our stay. We highly recommend this cottage; hope to return someday! It’s exactly as advertised!!

Great accommodation and perfect stay to explore the Cotswolds

Michelle's appartement is the perfect starting point exploring the Cotswolds. Michelle and her husband are really welcoming hosts. Moreton-in-Marsh is a really nice village with lots of lovely cafés. We would definitely recommend the accommodation.

Ideal Location!!

What a perfect place to stay with “ample parking!” Walking distance to town is 2 minutes.. the accommodation is very private and very clean… And what superb hosts… made us feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble! A brilliant place to stay!!

Lovely stay in an exceptionally well equipped property. Thoughtful and very welcome touches from Michelle, from croissants to prosecco and a oh so comfortable bed! Perfect Spot in The Cotswolds

We had a wonderful time in the Cotswolds, anchored at the Owl's Roost. Michelle was a delight to work. The cozy apartment has everything you need and is a very short walk to all the essentials - groceries, restaurants, shops and buses. Highly recommended!
