The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. There is also a double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The ground floor also has a shower and a separate WC.
