Grove Farm Barn is a traditional barn conversion resting in Matlock, Derbyshire. Two bedrooms. Ground floor 1 x King Size with Hypnos mattress. Lower Ground Floor 1 x single room. Lower-ground-floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Gas central heating - Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 58" Smart TV, WiFi. Off-road parking for 2 cars on a shared drive. Garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.8 miles. Note: The king-size bedroom is accessed via four internal stairs. Note: There are 8 steps down to the bathroom
