The White Penthouse apartment is conveniently located as it is 20m from Bogatell Metro Station, providing access to central Barcelona in 10 minutes.





In addition, this apartment is close to the beaches Bogatell and Vila Olimpica ( 10 minutes walk.)





In other words, this apartment is perfect if you come to spend a holiday in Barcelona:)









-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.






Check-in between 14:00 and 20:00, after 20:00 you will have an extra charge of 30€ for a late arrival, after 00:00 € 50, after 01:00 € in the morning, 10€ more per extra hour. Admission on a Sunday or a public holiday carries a surcharge of € 30. Check-in before 14:00 (subject to availability) is charged € 20.







Barcelona tourist tax is not included:€6.25 per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
