Top Serena is located on the beachfront and overlooks the wonderful beach of Costa Calma and the turquoise waters of its turquoise waters. Located in the residential complex Bahía Playa with 7 rows of bungalows. Top Serena is located on the first line of the beach, with a well equipped terrace with sunbeds and parasol. Its high speed WIFI with fiber optics will allow you to be always connected.

Top Serena has one bedroom, bathroom with shower and a spacious living room/kitchen that opens onto a huge glass window from where you can see the beach and the turquoise colour of the sea.

Don't miss the chance to enjoy some unforgettable days with the sea at your feet. Let yourself be pampered by the sound of the sea and enjoy all your senses.The shopping centre and supermarkets are a 4-minute walk away. There are restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Top Serena

The apartment was ideal for 2 persons - clean and spacious.It is in ideal location - close to the beach and restaurants . Javier our host was excellent -polite, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment x

Really perfect location with a well equipped kitchen and a very large balcony. Good communication and superb views of the sea. Shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Thank you.

Total Relaxation

This apartment boasts a fantastic location on the beach. It is very cosy, private and extremely clean. It has all the necessary accessories you will require to cook and eat in. There were plenty of towels supplied and the beds are very comfortable. We throroughy relaxed and enjoyed our week here. We would definately recommend this apartment for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Starting from the first day, the host waited for us and showed us around the apartment very friendly and later provided us with places to eat around the island. the location is perfect with beachfront view, also close to the market. the property was very clean, tidy and had everything you need, the big windows give you an amazing view of the ocean. would definitely chose the same apartment to stay!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft dierekt am Meer und nahe dem Zentrum. Javier hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemannagt, immer sofort reagiert und freundlich betreut. Lediglich die beiden Terrassenliegen müssten mal erneuert werden, da die Stabilität der Lehnen nicht mehr lange gegeben ist.

Wir waren im März 2023 für 2 Wochen im Appartement zu Gast und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung und vor allem die Lage sind sehr gut. Am besten hat uns die Terrasse mit Meerblick gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, absolut zu empfehlen! :)

We loved this apartment especially the location on a beautiful beach. Also lots of space and very well equipped and comfortable. We also oved the convenience of a good supermarket and restaurants + beach bars very close by. Easy parking. We would definitely come to this apartment again. We really appreciated the excellent communication and kind attention from Javier. Overall we had a great time. Thank you for a great holiday 🙂

Perfect location

Great location, beach 2min walk plus you can’t beat the sea front view. Quiet location. Nice bars with food directly on the beach, again very short walk. Great access to supermarkets too, 5min walk if not less! The apartment was clean and includes everything you need although some kitchen items need an upgrade. I’d be nice to have an option to join two single mattresses and have a big duvet as it is a bit awkward for a couple.
