この施設について

Mansion with high ceilings and big yard

The house has a big yard with grape trellis, covering most part of it, offering cool and shadow during the summer months. It has 2 master bedrooms and also an additional of 2 persons can be hosted (6 persons in total). All windows and doors have nets, so the house is mosquito free during the summer!
In the property you will find an orange grove of 500 m2 and a backyard garden with seasonal vegetables (you can use them for your lunch / dinner).

There is parking space for 2 cars and still there is plenty of space in the yard for the children to play.

For larger companies, there is small cottage of 50 m2 next door, sharing the same yard, which can host another two adults and 2 children. It has a master bedroom and two built in sofas (can be used for the children).
The cottage is not rented to separate bookings, but only on the same booking in case there is a need to host 2 or more families.

Perfect location

This mansion was the best we had in the last years and at a perfect quiet location. Also the garden was perfect.

Unique atmospheric house with terasse

As 4 adults traveling, we looked for an object with sufficient Space to be. We found it here. It´s a real charming building an well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The host is kind and communication is easy. After my opinion one single obstacle exist, but it's not under the hosts influence. The house is located in the center of a small village. Nice, beside a small central place with taverns. Unfortunately the night and early morning traffic is annoying and uncomfortable. The traffic is only little but from time to time very noisy motorbikes or scouters are passing by. Because the sleeping rooms are located at the streetside of the house, your sleep may be interrupted by punctual noise - 5 od 6 times every night. At weekends the number of idiots who manipulate their bikes or car exhaust systems at this location is much higher. To much alcohol, dreaming of being a formular 1 racing star, Impressing the new girl friend ??? Who knows. For those, who need a calm night sleep, these building is not a recommendation. But the disturbances during the night time you may compensate with a doze at the beach during daytime.

Nice and cozy base for sight seeing

Vagelis gave his best to make sure we had a pleasant stay, even going so far as to put up an emergency bed for us. The place itself was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The only improvements we could imagine would be a few more knives as well as a dishwasher ;) The surrounding village has a nice little taverna but not much to offer otherwise. The location does, however, serve as a great base for taking trips to the archeological sites of the north-eastern Peloponnese and a lot of beaches.

Eine SUPER WOHNUNG!

Diese Wohnung ist ansprechend und gemütlich. Sie ist stilvoll und sauber. Es ist genügend Platz, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir haben herrliche Tage hier verbracht. Gut war, dass der Vermieter kleine Anregungen und Bitten umgehend umgesetzt hat. So können wir diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns für das Vertrauen, denn diese privat gesatltete Wohnung gab uns für diese Tage Heimat.
