Lovely and friendly Mobile Home in Gassin, France

A very warm welcome to our beautifully presented air conditioned and heated mobile holiday home on Camping Parc St James/Parc Montana, situated amongst the trees, overlooking the Mediterranean and close to the glitzy resort of St Tropez and the lovely village of Gassin. Our mobile is located a short walk from the pool and restaurant complex and on a quiter part of the site.
The site used to be a vineyard, with its location there are stunning views and with a glass of wine in your hand you can also enjoy the sunsets over the Bay of St Tropez.
Parc St James is a friendly 4* site offering 2 swimming pools, which are free for your party to use. One pool is heated and one has a Jacuzzi, there is a separate pool area for very young children, 2 water chutes, a restaurant and a bar with wi-fi, a mini market, loan of sports equipment, board games, mini golf and tennis courts, there is also play areas for children. For the energetic there is a gym which is free to use.
There is a daily site charge of 10 - 20 Euros (season dependant) set by the site and not us. Also a daily tourist tax and Eco Tax. These charges need to be paid on arrival when you register at reception.
To maintain site security the site is gated and you will require a gate fob to allow your vehicle access. This is obtained from reception when you register and a refundable deposit will be payable. There is also parking facilities outside the main gate.
Males are required to wear Speedo/Daniel Craig type swimwear in the pool. Conventional shorts are alright everywhere else.
Our mobile home is managed by an English couple, it has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6 people. One double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet, plus 2 more bedrooms each with 2 single beds. There is a family shower room and separate toilet. We can provide a travel cot and bedding (chargeable).
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an oven hob and fridge freezer. There is plenty of utensils for the gourmet cook as well! Outside there is a Raclette Grill (strictly no BBQ's allowed) and comfortable outdoor furniture to relax on.
We like to think we provide you with all the comforts of home. You will always arrive to a spotlessly clean mobile home that has been completely sanitised and aired ready for you to start enjoying your holiday.
Duvets, pillows, fresh linen, towels and tea towels will be included in your package, we also offer you the option to change your bed linen/towels during your stay should you like fresh linen at any point. We will include the price list for this option when we make initial contact. We think that packing beach towels is a chore especially if you are flying. They take up valuable space in your case. We can for a small charge provide you with beach towels. No sand in your bath towels - BONUS!
Start your day with fresh coffee and pastries outside under blue skies whilst you decide what to do with your day, maybe visit one of the local markets or simply head to one of the many beautiful beaches in the area. There are several towns nearby, Port Grimaud and St Tropez are well worth a visit. There are also good supermarkets nearby.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is between 3pm - 5pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- There is a £100 security deposit payable direct
to us (unless you book through Airbnb or
Tripadvisor) this is against damage or in the
event of the mobile being left in a dirty
condition. Appropriate costs will be deducted.
