Sucina is a small but bustling Spanish village offering everything you could possibly need whilst on holiday, including Supermarkets, a Pharmacy, Petrol Station, Vets, Hair Dressers and selection of traditional and continental Bars and Restaurants, many also offering take away and delivery.

A little further afield you will find the stunning coastline of the region, with 250km of sandy shores there is always a beach to be discovered. For the closest beaches head to Los Alcázares, Lo Pagan and San Pedro del Pinatar, just a 25 minute drive from the resort each of these coastal towns offers incredible views, facilities and choice when it comes to dining and drinking.

The stunning Sierra Carrascoy, with access as near as 5 minutes from the resort, offers hikers, walkers and cyclists a whole world of opportunities to explore. With lush green mountains and well-designed tracks to suit all ages and abilities, you are sure to find the perfect route for you. Don't forget to make a note of all of the incredible bird species you encounter, Murcia is well-known for its population and conservation of rare species!

Of course we could not forget to mention golf, with the Murcia region being one of the most attractive in Spain when it comes to weather (did we mention Murcia has an average of 340 sunshine days a year?!) as well as choice and quality of courses. Within the renowned GNK selection, of which Hacienda Riquelme is one, you will also find El Valle, La Torre and Condado de Alhama within a short drive. Courses such as Altaona, Sierra, Roda, Hacienda del Alamo and the world famous La Manga are also within easy driving distance.
