A stylish and cosy ground floor apartment with an outside decking area sleeping 4.

The apartment is in a great location to explore all of Scarborough's attractions. North Bay, South Bay, The Harbour, Peasholme Park and the Castle are just a few and are all just a short walk away. It is the perfect base for couples and small families to enjoy a wonderful holiday by the sea.
Step outside the apartment and you have pubs, shops and restaurants all at hand, with an excellent Chinese and Italian just a couple of minutes walk.

Newly refurbished the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen seating 4 with washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything you may need during your stay.

The Decked patio area is a suntrap during the day and is lit up and romantic at night. There is a lovely bistro table and chairs, and also a fold down table on the wall. The shed which stores beach chairs is also great to store the empty suitcases. A washing line can be pulled across when needed.

The living room feels warm and welcoming and comprises a comfortable 2 seater sofa which is also a sofabed, two armchairs and a footstool. A wall mounted Smart TV, lovely oak furniture and games for rainy days.
There is a family bathroom with basin, toilet and shower. Hand and bath towels are provided.
The Nicely decorated Bedroom also has lovely oak furniture and a wall mounted Smart TV. All bed linen provided.
A high-chair, baby bath and travel cot are available in the apartment for younger guests, you will need to provide bedding for the cot.

Complimentary parking scratchcards come with all bookings.

Place was clean and homey. Well located to visit sites. Had a wonderful time. Minor problem the key lock and lock for outside door. Would go again.

Wonderful Apartment

We stayed Friday to Monday in this apartment, it has everything you need and more. Everything was spotlessly clean and well looked after. Emma the host was great at keeping us up to date. This was our second stay and will definitely book again..

Great location for North Bay and coast walks

Nice apartment which is handy for the town centre and north bay. Perfect for walking to the beaches, sea life, Scalby, etc. As of Jully 2023; The immediate neighbourhood is being redeveloped / rejuvenated so it isn't picturesque but that was ok for me.

Short break at the Yorkshire coast

The apartment was clean, cosy, well equipped and stylish. It was brilliantly located with easy access to the North and South Bay, the castle and Peasholm Park. We used it as a base to explore the coast and walk and cycle on the cinder track. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone. Emma was really helpful and answered all our questions or queries immediately.

beautiful apartment great location

beautiful brand newly decorated apartment, everything you need there, tea coffee milk sachets, all kitchen appliances, tv in every room with freeview and some little games for the kids. big comfortable bedroom and bed settee in lounge fitted two adults and two children no problems, also has wardrobe and drawer storage. lovely little outdoor patio with chairs and shed - highchair for little ones. location is perfect 10 mins walk to south or north bay we went to both a few times- the beaches are obviously down hill so it is a trek for toddlers/elderly but we were fine. shops and restaurants 5 min walk. has scratch cards for parking on the street. overall fab place to stay to explore scarborough!

Scarborough stay 2021

We have just returned home from a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment is a total hidden gem. With everything you need for a perfect break, and lots of unexpected extra’s. It’s clean and comfortable and we will definitely be booking again. Emma is the perfect host and always on hand to answer any questions. Loved it!!
