Bodlasan Groes House consists of a large kitchen/diner with induction range with four electric ovens and large hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, two sitting rooms with TVs and DVD players, a first-floor gallery snug, and a conservatory with doors leading to the garden. The bedrooms include a ground-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, a king-size with four-poster bed and adjoining bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC, a double, a twin, and a bunk bed. There are two additional shower rooms each with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private enclosed front garden with patio, lawned area, barbecue, and furniture, along with a shared enclosed rear lawned garden and off-road parking for 4 cars.
