Villa Estate is a lovely holiday home with garden that is only 300 meters away from the beach of Torre Lapillo. It`s bright and cozy and it accommodates up to 6 guests. The holiday home with outdoor furnished areas is equipped with accessories such as barbecue and wood-burning oven, washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, parking area, outdoor shower. Pets are allowed.

of a living room, kitchen with fireplace and washing machine, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.

large rooms are furnished with basic elements and with ceiling fans.
The holiday home is ideal for a relaxing holiday near the sea.

Villa
Estate is in Torre Lapillo, on a central street that takes to the
evocative watchtower. The seaside locations is full of amenities and
restaurants. The holiday home is within walking distance from the
beautiful beach and uncontaminated sea of Torre Lapillo, one of the most
beautiful seaside locations in Salento. The beach of Punta Prosciutto
is 4 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in the living area, ceiling fans just in one of the bedroom.
